Upscale Abode

The amenities were very good. They have gone the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and convenient

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode and thought the house really lived up to the description of an older house with character renovated to include some nice luxuries, such as a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, smart TVs, fast Internet, mini refrigerators, and plenty of comfortable seating. The layout with the master bedroom upstairs and three smaller bedrooms (one with bunk beds) downstairs would make this house especially good for families visiting Wichita.

Everything was wonderful. The kiddos really enjoyed being there and loved the jacuzzi. Loved the place. Would def come back if available anytime we come to town.

House was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. We were pleased.

It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed our time. There was space to hang out, we cooked and relaxed.

We had a nice stay with our daughters and grandsons. Wish we could have relaxed more because the home was a comfortable one! We found everything we needed already furnished.

Overall, the house was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. It was fun playing the old school video game machine in the basement when there was a little down time.

Great house! Multi-levels that can help separate groups for resting. Neighborhood is flourishing!Easy communication!

We loved the property! Perfect for our 4 adults and my 3 grandkids! Very clean and great communication! It was 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do! We will definitely stay for a family getaway again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode. The property was in great shape, was very comfortable for our family, and was beautiful. The owner was able to be reached when needed and was helpful in answering our questions. Check in and out was easy as well.

Great property! Every room was decorated for the Christmas holiday, so it was a very festive place for our family get together. We would defiantly stay there again!

Came for Christmas holidays and was blown away by this wonderful place. Was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. The decor was beautiful. Room for the whole family meal and relaxation. I come to town every couple of months and have stayed a lot of different places, but this one was exceptional. Will rent again and recommend highly to anyone. Thank you Sonia for being the best host ever!

Some of my friend girls and I use this beautiful home as a weekend get away and reset. The beds were super comfy and the accommodations were better than they look on the pictures. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions. I would definitely use it again.

The house is a nice size if you have multiple families staying together like we did. Location and neighborhood were awesome, except for the rooster next door. After a few days you kind of get used to him. Our only issue was with the thermostat that wouldn’t stay set at any temp above 64 degrees. We had to reset every few hours or it would just drop back down. House was fully stocked with many amenities. Very cute cozy home.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!

It was great, it was a great house, close to everything. I would recommend this to anyone.

Had an excellent stay. Sonia had everything ready for us. She answered quickly to questions that we had. If we stay in Wichita again, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sonia!
