Upscale 6-bedroom estate on the Chena River

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our UAF alumni trip to Fairbanks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The house itself was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.We especially appreciated the extra care taken with shoveling the driveway, sidewalks, and surrounding areas, which made coming and going easy and safe. It’s clear the hosts take a lot of pride in their property and in making guests feel taken care of.Thank you for helping make our UAF alumni trip to Fairbanks such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Riverfront Estate. The house is new, beautiful, and very spacious, and it was perfect for our group. The interior is thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the Christmas tree and holiday decorations made the place feel especially warm and festive, which we truly loved. The location by the river is gorgeous, and the home itself feels high-end while still being cozy. The owner and management team were very responsive and communicative, which we genuinely appreciated throughout our stay. We did want to mention one challenge we experienced on our last night before checkout. The temperature dropped significantly, and despite using the block heater/battery core, our rental car unfortunately would not start the next morning when we needed to head to the airport to return it to Avis. It ultimately took about a full day for the tow service to arrive, which caused inconvenience and delayed logistics. We want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused the host, as the issue was entirely related to the vehicle and not the property itself. We appreciate the patience and understanding shown during this unexpected situation. Overall, this is a lovely home, and we would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained place to stay. Thank you again to the host for the hospitality and responsiveness — we truly enjoyed our time here.

Lots of room for all inside and out plus quiet cozy areas to enjoy a book. The spacious kitchen was perfect for preparing, enjoying, and sitting down together - huge island, coffee & wine bar, and lots of extras. The primary suite has an amazing view with seating plus a luxury bath. The home was very suitable with 2 young children, but also would be a great couples getaway. The host was quick to respond prior to our arrival and during our stay. The setting on the river was so peaceful and relaxing.

This property was amazing and gave our big group plenty of room to spread out. The yard and river front were great! The house was beautiful and clean throughout! Loved this place.
