Stayed with 3 friends for a golf weekend. Perfect house close to courses. Very clean and great communication.
Clean, comfortable and communicative. Property was located near a majority of sites we were interested in seeing. We had lots of fun and will come back in the near future.
This house was amazing. We enjoyed being with family and loved everything about it. We had a wonderful visit and would defiantly go back here if in the area again. I would recommend this house to friends and family.
Our stay in the upscale bourbon house was fantastic. The house was clean and exactly what we expected. Patricia was easy to work with and made sure our stay went well. The location of the house was perfect for the distillery tours we had set up. We would definitely stsy there again.
This property had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a week's stay. I strongly encourage you to go to the house before you go the grocery store! A number of condiments, spices, ample towels, popcorn, cereal, oatmeal, coffee were all provided. The house was extremely clean and well appointed, with easy access to Wal-Mart, Krogers, the Liquor store, and the local budget market. The home has a master suite with private bath, as well as two additional bedrooms with their own bath, separated from the master by the main living area. A perfect setup for two couples or families. The master bedroom is good sized, the two other bedrooms are on the smaller size, but can easily accomodate two people. Overall a very good location, well stocked home - exactly as advertised.
If are you going to Bardstown, this is the place to stay. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom that suited us well and was convenient to all the sights in Bardstown. The property owner was amazing to work with and handled everything quite professionally. We had 1 small issue that was handled efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend this property!!
All good thanks Pat!

The home was perfect, very welcoming after spending time on the bourbon trail. Convenient to the historic downtown, groceries and touring the bourbon trail as well as a few wineries! Very well stocked with the staples in the pantry as well as laundry supplies. Property manager / owner were very responsive to questions and in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!
Couldn't have asked for anything better. Great location. Great time overall.
I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the host! Everything was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe! The accommodations were perfect! Everything we needed for our stay was included, even the bottle opener! This is a great place if you are wanting to explore Bardstown or to have a home base while traveling the bourbon trail. I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying here!!
We had a wonderful experience renting this home for a family Bourbon Trail Trip to Bardstown. The location was perfect and just a few minutes to downtown. The accommodations were very comfortable and exactly as described. The owner, Pat, was also very helpful and extremely communicative, providing updates along the way and recommendations for restaurants and local attractions to help maximize our stay. Thank you!
Pat is a wonderful hostess. She was very accommodating to our requests. We stayed here once before and would recommend it to our friends.
Nice home close to everything in town. Clean and neat. Lots of reading material. We enjoyed our stay.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Also short distance from many Bardstown attractions. Very nice and comfy home. Would stay there again!
Clean, very comfortable, super location for quick visits with my Bardstown family! Excellent communications with property owner! Definitely will be back for another stay!
Nice property. Well kept. Owner communicated well. All good.
What an excellent location for exploring the bourbon trail, several excellent options minutes away, centrally located for longer sojourns to Lexington and Louisville. The house is excellently equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and comfy beds. The only drawback was the lack of a quality internet connection. Doing work in the house was not feasible with the current Wi-Fi setup and poor reception on the AT&T network. On the plus side it was good to escape the constant checking of emails. Would I stay here again, Absolutely, the host was wonderful to deal with and the house was great.
Ms Pat is awesome. Great time. If you are visiting the bourbon trail, this is perfect location. Bardstown is a really great place to visit. Suggest Mammys for a meal.
The house was in the heart of everything
Great Bardstown location
Perfect location for bourbon trail base. Ideally located to access the distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. Within a few minutes of several distilleries. Comfortable, well appointed home was a perfect resting spot. It was just 2 of us and he couldn't ask for more. The kitchen was stocked with ample kitchenware. We made 2 dinners during our stay and had no issues with preparation with available supplies. Living room furniture was comfortable and made for a relaxing spot enjoy a bourbon and rest our weary feet after touring distilleries. The in the master was very comfortable and we were rested for the next days touring. Downtown Bardstown is just minutes away. Willett, Heaven Hill, Bardstown Bourbon, Jim Beam and Four Roses bottling are all with a 30 minute drive. The Bluegrass Parkway is right around the corner to make the run up to the Frankfort and the areas other distilleries. We will definitely be back within the next year for another visit when my Ambassador bottles will be ready at Makers Mark.
The home was prepared and ready for our arrival, we enjoyed our state as it was perfect for short trip to your the Bourbon trail.
