Located in the desirable Silver Views townhome complex on The Knoll. Easy ski-out access from the back door (approximately 3-minute walk to ski way).

Walk-in the front door to a large entryway and the two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Go up one level for the main living area featuring a large open concept kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen has a pantry with lots of storage. The living room features a gas fireplace and large windows. There is a nook with a table to play cards or even board games with the family. There is a powder room on this level.

The outdoor deck has a hot tub and a BBQ for your enjoyment.

The lower ground floor level features a family room with a fireplace and TV, a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The bunk room is also on this level - perfect for a small family.

The hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons but closed during shoulder seasons.

There is parking in the driveway for two vehicles. The garage is not available for parking or storage.

Freshwater Rose is a fully equipped townhouse with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could make first tracks in the morning.
