Upgraded home with pools, sports courts, bikes, chef's kitchen, firepit, & gym

Great location and neighborhood. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, etc. Our only issue was with cleanliness (dog hair on furniture, dog waste in the backyard, precious occupants’ garbage in the totes so we had nowhere to discard at first). Property manager emptied garbage as soon as we notified them, but dog waste was never cleaned up.

We rented this home as it was just down the street from relatives home. Home was fantastic for our family and would rent again even without family down the street. Beautiful neighborhood with a quiet pool and a more lively pool for the kids. Home is situated with a large green area behind with a trail a few homes away down to the canal . With the green area you have a very private feel to the back deck area. Will rent again.

Everything we loved! So comfortable and bright.

I read the reviews before renting the place and they turned out to be true. The property is beautiful and very spacious with plenty of room for a large family of seven. The main parts of the house were clean; however, when you look closely you notice that the cleaning does not go beyond the surface. I went to check the kitchen and the silverware drawer was cluttered and full of dirt and crumbs; the plates were all piled in different cabinets as well as the glassware. The pots and pots were also piled up in a very disorganised ways. I did not trust the cutlery, plates, cups and glasses to be cleaned so I picked the ones we were going to use and put them to wash in the dishwasher. The dishwasher started to leak right before it went to the drying mode; I notified the rental company and did not use it for the rest of our stay. I read about the cobwebs someone encounter in early June and sadly they were still there in August - I sent a video of them to the rental company as well. There is dust in all the blinds as well.

The house itself is lovely. Great kitchen well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to cook or make food. Also had beach chairs and sand toys on hand. That was a nice perk. Great in that sense. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet have own space. The furniture is from goodwill and IKEA. Nothing wrong with that but at least make an effort to make the interior look somewhat nice given how nice outside is. This looks like the first apartment after college inside. Also the house could use a power wash. Cobwebs and dust everywhere.

Impressive house in a community. On the bike path to Cape Henlopen State Park. In a quiet neighborhood but a short drive to everything.
