Upgraded beach house located just steps away from the beach. Pool and Hot tub.

This house was perfect for a family of 4. Great location, great pool, and roof top views of the sunset. Access to the island club was a plus as we were able to rent kayaks and bicycles for free. Would definitely return.

What a wonderful island and the house was just minutes from the beach! The owner was very responsive, and the property manager made our first time arrival on the island so easy! The house was perfect with a well-appointed kitchen, hot tub, pool, barbecue area. screened porch and to top it off, a shell cleaning station! We loved going for golf cart rides to explore the island, walking on the beach, and meeting islanders at the restaurants! We have found a special place!

The Lemon Drop was just right for us (two couples and a dog) to share. Having a pool was the deciding factor and it was perfect! Lots of sun but also a little shade for anyone who prefers it. The kitchen had everything we needed. New bathrooms were very nice. The video that is posted is outdated so go by the photos. Location can't be beat!! Just a short walk down the street to the beach. The screened in porch was a little small when we had friends stop by, but fine for 4 people. Both Genny (owner) and Laura (property manager) were quick to respond to our needs. A little cluttered, but overall a great place to rent! .

This was our second trip to the island. Last one was with extended family for our vow renewal. This time it was just the 2 of us and lemon drop was perfect. Comfortable, private, and close to the beach. The hottub was so relaxing. The house had everything we could need. I absolutely loved the rain shower head in the main bathroom. Wonderful. The island is slowly coming back. We'll be back for sure.

The lemon drop property had everything we needed. This was our second trip to Captiva. Having the pool and hot tub with the kids was wonderful. This property is a short walk or a quick cart ride to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island. We had a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back again!

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything you would want or need was provided. Located just down from the beech. Shelled every morning with our dog for hours. We will be back next year. BEST HOUSE ON THE ISLAND!

We were fortunate to enjoy three weeks on North Captiva. We sure didn’t miss the cold weather and snow back home. The island is pure relaxation. You unplug and wander the sandy beaches (and roads) to your heart’s content. Followed, of course, by a nap on one of the comfy beds at the Lemon Drop. We are already booked for next year! Be sure to enjoy many drinks and meals at Mangos. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic house and location. Our three kids aged 7, 9 & 12 loved the heated pool and hot tub. The included golf carts were great and we had so much fun exploring the island. What an incredible island! The house had everything we could have possibly needed and Genny the owner and Tortuga Properties were excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back to North Captiva. What a great family vacation spot.
