Upgraded 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home w/ large backyard featuring a heated pool & hot tub.

It was just my husband and I and the house would have been comfortable for 4-6 people. Both the interior spaces and backyard are newly fitted out. The place was so clean and comfortable. The beds, bedding and towels were nice and the kitchen was well fitted too. We used the Laundry, BBQ, blender, hot tub and pool. Great location to a few top restaurants, hiking and shopping. We kept in contact with Richard for any questions. Super sound system in the big bright backyard. We loved it!

Very clean. Fully stocked with all necessities. Heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were amazing for cooler weather than we expected. No issues getting in, host was very responsive. Close to everything. Even had a security system for the couple nights I had to stay alone. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend and will probably stay again next time we are in the area.

We stayed here in June 2024 and the property was spectacular! Robert has made this home beautiful! We spent so much time in the pool out back. The deck is also perfect for reading and relaxing on a hot day. The misters help cool it down if needed. The floats that were available were perfect for our kids. Inside, the kitchen was beautiful. The bar was great for meals and hanging out. The TV in the living room is HUGE and was a nice bonus. The bathrooms are very sleek and the huge two person shower in the master is gorgeous. Robert was always available for any question we had while we were out there. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

This property was perfect for us as it was in the middle of family and everyone was within a 5 min. drive. It was also close to shopping, golf, and about a 20 min drive to Barrett-Jackson which was also a highlight of the trip....would certainly stay here again!

This home was just what we needed. A relaxing pool and a comfortable place to stay. It became a quiet gathering place after graduation activities. There was enough beds for all of us and large areas to eat together. There are constant improvements will only make this place better. I can't wait to go back again. Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous, clean home with everything you need. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing and great location. Robert was very quick to respond and great host. We will definitely stay here again!

The BEST thing about this house was location, location, location!! The Arizona canal wash is directly behind the house which allowed us to enjoy daily walks!! It is just two miles to the AZ falls and 4 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square. There is also a small shopping center a short walk away with several great restaurants, The Henry, Flower Child, North Italia, and AJ’s Fine Foods. We hiked the Cholla trail at Camelback Mountain, which is also just a short drive away. The backyard offered a fabulous retreat with the pool and hot tub and NO EXTRA charge to be heated to a great swimming temp! The yard also offered enough space for my kids to throw the ball around. We really appreciated the wonderful size of the and the great water pressure! The size of the family room tv offered us enjoyable movie nights and made sports games so enjoyable to watch. The kitchen was a pleasure to use and loved how open the floorplan was to enjoy the Family Room, kitchen and kitchen nook area!

This house had all the amenities we were looking for and was in a great location!! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful home and property inside and outside. The canal is behind the house so convenient for a walk and see the wildlife. Relax in the hot tub and the pool is large. Extremely clean and well kept. We loved it! Thanks, Jeff, Nancy and Azariah
