Stayed Sep 16, 2025Close to beach. Comfortable king bed upstairs. Lots of rules and regulations for the house and big process to even rent. Pictures online are older pictures. Outside dont look like that. Downstairs shower has moldy caulking needs redone. Shower upstairs drains very very slowly needs addressed. Bathroom was dirty. Has a bar of soap stuck to the wall. For the price and all of the rules and regulations and all the hoops and the conditions dont think i would rent again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a great stay. Very comfy and clean house. Upstairs beds very nice. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom. Check in and check out very easy. Great location. Only downside is not an good outdoor area to relax. Just a couple of chairs. Would be nice if there was a covered area with some outdoor furniture. Maybe a gas firepit.

Stayed May 23, 2025Just the right size for 3 couples and a young adult. 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk into Rockaway for shopping, snacks, and food. Had a little trouble with the large coffee maker brewing effectively but hopefully resolved for the next guests.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025The stay at Rockaway beach was fantastic. We were a short walk from the beach and there was a bench for my mother in law to sit and watch the family near the water. It was an easy drive to Astoria to see where Goonies and Kindergarten Cop were filmed. Tillamook was a hit also. Great stay over all.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The only complaint I have about this place is the upstairs bathroom sink and the kitchen sink clogged up. Otherwise, all was great!! Spacious and comfortable and a great location.
