Stayed Apr 12, 2025Our two kids and their families from New York stayed here during their 2025 spring break. Great location. Plenty of room for five adults and five children under twelve years of age. House, yard and pool were clean and very well appointed. Our only complaint was the tv was inoperable. No instructions. We look forward to returning.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025This house was very clean and updated. Close to restaurants and shops it was perfect for a family girls weekend. Because of the beautiful weather we enjoyed the outdoor pool area which was furnished with enough lounge chairs for all of us.

Stayed May 16, 2024My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Jay’s property in Scottsdale for my bachelor party in May and it did not disappoint! The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating. A great experience, would stay again!
