Updated Tacoma Home w/ Patio: 3 Mi to Downtown

Cute house! Great variety of cooking implements. Close to lots of activities. Owner responsive and communicative if needed. Will be staying here again—our kids live near by and it’s nice to be able to eat together, play games and enjoy each other’s company!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home in the North end of Tacoma in a fabulous neighborhood. The home was a few houses away from our daughter and son in law’s so it was quite convenient for us to see them. The house has a nice layout and back patio with chairs and a swing. The furniture and decor is really cool mid century modern. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need for coffee and meal preparation. The master bedroom is on the first floor and it’s very nice with a comfy bed and warm comforter. There’s a full bath in the hallway next to it. Upstairs are three more smaller bedrooms and a half bath. This area of the house has been renovated and each room has a window air conditioner and they’re simpler yet cozy. My only complaint would be that bothbathrooms could use a little tidying up of the floors and toilets. And we had a bit of a challenge maneuvering the door handle going out to the patio. Other than that, the home is stunning and truly cared for by Michael! He was a gem!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the foosball table. Great location, close to everywhere we needed to be.

We stayed in a historic home in Tacoma’s North End and absolutely loved it. The property is beautifully maintained, with all the charm and character you’d expect from a home with history. Inside and out, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.The location is excellent close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the water. It made exploring Tacoma easy and enjoyable.If you’re visiting Tacoma, this home is a gem. A perfect mix of history, comfort, and convenience.

This was a perfect location and a beautiful home. It was an easy walk to town and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the owners provided excellent instructions and service. We left a computer bag after we left and they went above and beyond to ensure it was sent to us with care.

Extremely clean and well stocked. Whether it was towels, bedding, or kitchen utensils and dinnerware, the home had everything. The backyard was inviting and comfortable. We can’t wait to rent it again.

This property is maintained excellently, and is in a fantastic location for quick access to downtown Tacoma. There is ample space for a large group to spread out, including a lovely backyard sitting area.

Everything was as expected.Shower is slippery and needs hand rails and no-slip bath mat.

We really loved the house and the location! It’s in a nice neighborhood where we weren’t worried about taking our kids for walks, and there were even a couple stores/restaurants close by that we could walk to if we wanted. The kids loved their room, and they loved the games downstairs as well as the backyard. We’d stay again!

Clean, all the needed amenities and then some.

This is great and well appointed historical house that has all the charm you could hope for. The Grey House is a great example of early 20th century architecture and it is conveniently located near all sorts of great shops and restaurants. If you're looking for an upscale home-away-from-home, this abode is perfect for you.

This was our second time staying in this Tacoma home and we love it! The decor is classy, clean and well thought out. The house is spacious and equipped with a game room, laundry and fenced yard that we took full advantage of with our family and dogs. Location is close to many things and walking distance from a couple local spots that we frequently dine or grab drinks at. We will stay here again when we plan another visit!

The house is spacious and well maintained, in a super location. The neighborhood is quiet and there is ample parking. We stay here regularly, and will stay again.

This beautiful home is conveniently located and well stocked. The kitchen is supplied with quality cookware, which is a big plus! I highly recommend this home away from home!

We loved this place. There is so much room and activities for the kids (we had 3 with us, 7, 10 and 12). The only negative is that there is only one shower but we knew that going in and made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we would stay again. There is lots of space for a family or work colleagues and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a lovely outside seating area in the back, and it is about a 10 minute drive to the Convention Center.
