College reunion for 11 women in their mid 50s. Perfect space for everyone to sleep and gather comfortably. The host was great at sharing info. The house was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend this home to others.

Little chilly for the pool, but it is super nice! We loved the backyard set up and enjoyed sitting out in the sun.

This home felt so comfortable and considerate of all our needs. Very spacious and modern with a seamless check in process. The pool was a lovely size and stayed heated to the perfect temp. Our host Catherine checked in virtually to make sure we had all we needed. Anyone staying here is making the right choice for a quiet and luxurious weekend away.

There were 10 of us that stayed in this house and we had the best time.. We hardly left the property and just relaxed around the pool and had family dinners.

This place is exactly how it looks in pictures! The location to things is perfect, it's quiet, it has everything you need, beds are comfortable, lots of space. Outdoor space is amazing; I only have 1000% good things to say about this place. I am ready to rent again with family and friends!

Our extended family had the pleasure of enjoying the Arizona sunshine in March of this year, and this beautiful home was more than could be expected. It has a salt-water pool, and putting green in the backyard, and a spacious interior what provides everything you would need for a luxurious stay in the Phoenix area. The amenities are extensive, and the area is perfect for any outdoor activities you can imagine. We will definitely be saying at Casa Braza again!!!

This was a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. The house and back yard was very nice and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Will definitely come back!

This property is amazing. Beautifully decorated and peaceful home with every conceivable amenity. It would be a great place to come with children - pool, golf putting green, shuffleboard, air hockey, numerous board games. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in - I have asked the owner for her source for the beds, pillows and all of the bedding. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything a cook could possibly need. I will definitely rent this home the next time I'm in Phoenix!

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The house was large enough for our large group to not feel cramped. For our midwest family, it was a treat to be able to enjoy the very warm pool in December. We enjoyed spending time inside and outside and loved the mountain sunsets. The house was clean and the hosts were very proactive in communication.

My family of six stayed here over Thanksgiving. The property owner has thought of everything, right down to labeling the light switches. She was also very responsive to any question I had prior to and during our stay. The guest book has detailed information including instructions for working different appliances. We enjoyed the game tables, board games and pool. We really liked the location as we could walk to South Mountain hiking trails and there’s a nice grocery store within a half mile.I loved the quality furnishings and decor and thought the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding, lots of space inside as well as the back yard with the pool and putting green. The kitchen had everything we needed and more; grocery store conveniently located 5 minutes away. Definitely a place we'd come back to our next time in Phoenix.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this one is at the top. A quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountains, close to stores and restaurants, not far off the freeway but yet our own escape from reality in this beautiful home. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and inviting and the putting green was fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make drinks. The beds were comfortable and the primary suite was very spacious. Watching my 82 year old mom play air hockey was so very special and to see her laugh brought smiles to all our faces I would 100% recommend this home for others to enjoy.

The house was even better than the picture's, beds were so comfortable everyone that stayed slept like a baby. The back yard was big and the view of the mountain and sunset was amazing. I would definitely book again! The host responded promptly and was very nice, no bad things to say about our stay. Anyone that books the house will absolutely enjoy their stay.

House was great! Lots of close ammenities, we may have left behind some fun rafts for the pool!
