Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: not satisfied with the cleanliness of home.drawers were dirty, windowsills with bugs, cushions on dining chairs were soiled and crumby. vacuum cleaner smells really bad, etc.

Stayed May 26, 2023This unit is fantastic. Clean, well kept, very comfortable for our family of four plus a bonus auntie. Lots of great games and entertainment for the kids, beautiful setting with so much greenery outside all the windows. Portable AC units kept us comfortable but we’re mostly not needed despite a balmy 80 degree Memorial Day! Great location — equally easy to get to Santa’s Village, StoryLand, the White mountains. We enjoyed the facilities at Loon Village - the kids especially loved the MANY pools. My only regret is that we weren’t there longer!
