Stayed Mar 24, 2026There was everything you needed to live for a week. We did by toilet paper and paper towel and laundry soap.. To be expected. No coffee pot just Keurig so buy the k cups. The back yard was a little unkept. We enjoyed fully the be bopping lizards. (geckos) Also the yucca plants out front attracted wasps it made me concerned for my 6 year old playing out front. The street is busy and planes take off a lot. We enjoyed are stay and it worked good for us.

Stayed Apr 21, 2026Would stay again. My only recommendation is to bring another door lock, inside they have listed the code for the key to the door, I highly doubt it changes, so if someone were to come back, they can easily get into the place if they wrote down the code to get the physical key. I don’t know how often they change the code to everything. But as a single female, it can be worrisome.

Stayed Feb 4, 2026Great little place to stay in the Tampa area. Close to everything but out of the busy areas of Tampa.We recommend booking this place. Peaceful place with Pickle ball courts across the street, for those who do that.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The host communicated promptly but failed to communicate that road work was taking place next door, creating some noise at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The WiFi worked well for our needs, although for some reason the TV's were very slow. Lots of indoor and outdoor games were provided. The washer and dryer were nice to have, although the washer seemed finicky. Overall it was a very good experience.
