Updated Pool Home. 7 min from Bucs Stadium

Great place to stay especially if you are going to any events at RJS. We parked right next to the TV station and when we the concert was done, we were able to get back to the property in less than 15 minutes! House is beautifully decorated inside and the pool very enjoyable. This is a place we have put on our favorites for when we will be coming for Bucs games and concerts from now on.

The house itself is very nice, beautifully decorated, and was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, it was not well maintained at all, and there were too many issues during our stay.From day one, we reported several problems, but nothing was really done other than being told “we’ll see what we can do.” The pool was foggy when we arrived, turned green by the second day, and continued getting worse with no real solution provided.The upstairs has no air conditioning at all, only multiple fans placed throughout the house, which clearly seems to be an ongoing issue they are aware of. The upstairs rooms became very uncomfortable without proper ventilation or AC.There were also plumbing issues throughout the home. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was almost nonexistent, making it very difficult to shower, and the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain properly, preventing us from using it.It’s honestly a shame because the home itself has a lot of potential and could be a great rental if properly maintained. Personally, I would not stay here again in its current condition.

My family really enjoyed the home and pool. The kitchen had everything you needed and the grill worked great! The home was very clean and confortabke in a great location. Highly recommend!!

The house was clean. The pool was warm and the location was perfect for our needs.

Jose accommodated us with an early 3:00 check-in but did not make it until 3:45.Keypad lock on front door did not work – something about Wi-Fi and 4th keypad lockHad to use a lockbox instead and could not get to open to get key – had to call owner to come do so.Missing dining room table and was told it was on order.Several lights did not work including light going upstairs – very dangerous situation with no handrail and top railing was loose and not dependableLower-level shower was terrible. Bathtub was slippery and dangerous, barely any water pressure. My wife could not wash her hair for 3 days while there. Shower handle very hard to turn, had to use 2 hands. If water became too hot it became a hazard. Shower head and tub spout were loose as if ready to fall off wallThe couch was terrible to sit on. You would sink down into it.Beds were so-so, but extra pillows in the closet had stains all over them - did not use - gross)Bathroom towels were old and rough like you would use to dry your car withStep into laundry room is not identified and therefore dangerous – floor and step blend in as same wood. Wife tripped over it.Pictures are deceiving. Don’t really show couch or stairways upstairs.Operation of TV was very unfriendly.Exterior could use upkeep.Location was great.No Kleenex.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in your home for the youth summit. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, which made our experience even better. The space was perfect for our group, and we really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everything felt.

Home was clean. Kitchen was well equip. Pool did not have a cover so there were a lot of leaves in the pool, but we were still able to use the pool. Close to many things.

This was the first time I have ever rented a property where I had absolutely no communication from the host. Very bizarre experience. The interior of the house was comfortable, but the exterior could use some upkeep.

Jose was very responsive to all messages! The location was great, right next to Alessi's bakery. You must go! The shower upstairs was less than desirable, everyone had to use the first floor shower due to the water pressure issues. Nice home tho!

Initially, we thought the house was adorable. However, there is definitely room for improvement. We communicated our concerns and Jose did respond most of the time, but the fix definitely wasn't up to par. I am giving a 3 because I understand that Florida was experiencing an unusual cold spell. The windows were extremely drafty, to the point you couldn't sit on the couch comfortably next to the window. The heating system was not working. He did drop off 2 space heaters at 11p, that kept the downstairs at about 59 degrees. The upstairs was much colder as we decided to keep both space heaters downstairs in hopes that the heat would rise. That wasn't the case. He sent over an HVAC guy that next morning around 11a, so we put our plans on hold to explain what the issue was to the technician. The HVAC guy walked over to the thermostat increased it to 72, walked out the back door, which we thought was to work on the unit outside, only to slip out the back gate and drive away. He was there for a total of 3 minutes. The heat would work for a brief time, then blow cold air and lower the house temp very quickly. Other minor things, no paper towels, no dishwashing machine soap, no extra toilet paper. We couldn't find extra pillowcases so we went out and bought some along with the other above items. The pool wasn't being used as it was cold and the pool is not heated. But the pool definitely needs a little love.There is a room that is empty, a dining room table would be a good addition.

Nice home, could use a little refresher. The plumbing is not good. No pressure in upstairs shower or would heat up. Downstairs was low pressure and has issues draining. Water has sewer smell. I did communicate with the host regarding plumbing, and he was quick to reply. Stated he would contact a plumber. The neighbor is ok. Great bakery in walking distance. Great location with every place we visited being under 20 mins. Had some difficulty getting in when we first arrived, but was finally able to get the pad lock to open for key.

We checked in for a 2 night stay and immediately found issues that made the stay disappointing and not as advertised. Cleanliness concerns included a downstairs shower curtain with visible stains and BODILY RESIDUE, and a box spring in the bedroom near the front door with obvious red VOMIT stains.The upstairs bathroom sink and shower had extremely low water pressure and were basically unusable, so the home functioned as a 1 bathroom place. The pool was dirty with debris and dirt at the bottom and was not usable. The listing photos were also misleading, the living room couch shown as a large sectional was actually a small 2 seater, the futon shown in the listing was not present, and the pool patio setup in photos did not match what was provided. We documented these issues with photos and videos. After checkout the host refused any refund and stated they would not refund because the issues were not all communicated during the stay.

The host was very accommodating. This house was very clean and spacious, decor was so cute, had everything we needed, close to everything as well. The pool area was so peaceful and clean. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we travel in the future.

Perfect for our family of five. Boys loved the pool!!! Easy location to where we were traveling to. Clean and the host was very very easily accessible. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice home, as advertised.

Property was well maintained , very nice , host will message right away , very close to grocery stores and places to eat . Water pressure for taking showers very low in the upstairs bathroom so was not able to use . other than that good place to stay.

House worked out great for a short trip. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

This was an ok stay for us. The outside of the property didn’t have a house number that we noticed. The neighborhood is ok, but was a little loud one morning. The inside of the property is nicely updated. It lacked a little on the items that were stocked in the house though. The pillows were flat and hard. There was no coffee in the house. There was no paper towels and only a couple of rolls of toilet paper. It was just a bit less than was expected. The pool was full of leaves when we arrived. We contacted the owner and they had it “cleaned”, but it was all back in the pool the next morning. It was easy enough to get the leaves off the surface, but there was a lot that were gathered around the drain at the bottom. It really should be covered because of the trees around.Overall, not terrible, but for the price I wouldn’t stay again.

Property was everything explained on the site. Home was very clean. The pool was excellent and the property owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future.

The house was perfect for the three of us that stayed there. One of the bedrooms was on the second floor with a bathroom and the other two bedrooms were on the first floor.

Location was great; nice clean place, appreciate the supplies (sugar, coffee, etc!. Would love to rent again

I was very impressed by the house. I loved it. Very homey and cozy feeling. We were a group of 7 we had more than enough space through out the house.

Jose was fantastic! This house is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of room and comfy beds. House is pretty close to a variety of restaurants. Quick drive to the airport or the cruise port.

The property was exactly as listed and the owners were very responsive to our requests. In the future we look forward to returning.
