Updated Ocean View End Townhome with Game Room and Dog Friendly

The location and view of beach and sunsets was outstanding. Every kitchen accessory, towels, blankets, and more was provided. We didnt know each bedroom was up a flight of stairs, and kitchen-living room is up two flights of stairs, so that would be something guests need to know ahead of time. We would love to come back!

This house is located steps from Rockaway beach access-it’s beautiful, well decorated, has an amazing game room and the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. The owners really did think of all the things a family would need. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and to the train that can take you on scenic rides to other neighboring towns. Very comfortable beds and bedding-plenty of towels/toiletriesThe house provided beach equipment from chairs to clamming gear/crabbing. The 2 decks over looking the ocean were amazing. They literally went all out! I would hands down stay again.

Comfortable place to stay, good location. King bed was very comfortable. I wish the other bed was also bigger- we think it was more of a full size than a queen but overall a nice place. The place had a pool table and even a kite to fly!

We enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful especially because there was some story weather so it was nice to watch the ocean from inside. There was easy access to the beach in town which was nice. We also enjoyed the pool table. It was a fun addition. The house was comfortable in the kitchen as well Stocked.

We loved ours stay! This location was perfect for our family. We could ditch our shoes at the door and take a short walk to the beach! Also extremely close to the downtown area of Rockaway. The house is cozy with two full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The views from the decks are wonderful. The house is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a few movies, sand chairs and toys and plenty of towels. There is an awesome sand toy library to borrow just at the top of the trail to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay, we hope to visit this spot again! Thank you!
