Updated Lakefront Home w/new Hot Tub & deep water dock, Sleeps 12.

This is a beautiful, well appointed home located in a quiet cove of the lake. Ideal for morning coffee on the dock, jumping in the lake all afternoon, and an evening roaring fire at the fire pit. The home is well laid out with plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs is very entertaining. The inclusion of water toys is very nice and fun!My one suggestion would be to revise the listing, as it states with a hot tub, when it instead is a jacuzzi type tub in the master bathroom. Hot Tub to everyone I asked, implies an outside on the deck tub.Thank you for sharing your home and your love of the area!

Just as advertised! Open layout on both floors. Beautiful views and wonderful landscaping! Communication was excellent as well. Had several questions that were answered in very quick time. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware. The home is very clean and has very comfortable bedding. The home is tucked back in a quiet cove that does not get hit by waves. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock in the evening and by the fire pit at night. There is plenty of parking for multiple guests. If you are looking for a well kept quiet place for a nice getaway this is the home for you.

Very spacious property giving our family of 6 plenty of room to spread out. Nice location on the lake close to restaurants to get to by boat or car but still very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The house and location are beautiful. Had everything we needed to entertain the whole family. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all the necessities for cooking any kind of meal. All the water toys were great! We swam, paddle boarded, kayaked and the lily pad was loved by the kids.

We had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful Hydrangea House on Lake Norman. An absolutely gorgeous house and wonderful location in a quiet cove. It was a wonderful house for family celebrations With two separate living areas.We rented a pontoon boat and that gave us more memories. The only downside was the weather and unfortunately, we can’t control that. It rained every day ! But at least Lake Norman is no longer in a drought! ha ha ! I would definitely return here again.

This was our second year at this house. The home is situated in a great area with a quiet cove, great dock and plenty of lake toys. The house had something for everyone - three generations came together for the week. We will definitely be back!

We spent a week at the Lake house and it was Great! The house comes with a lot of extras. Commercial Ice machine is so much easier than getting bags. Extra fridge storage was in full use. Kitchen fully stocked. The grounds are beautiful, house is big! All beds comfortable. We loved it!

We had such an enjoyable stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We felt right at home!

The house and lake front location was absolute perfection! Honestly, the week felt like a dream! We fished from the dock everyday. My son caught a 10lb catfish! We enjoyed a Charlotte Hornets game one evening. The firepit was perfect for s’mores, the game room was perfect to keep two teen boys entertained and the house had everything we could possibly need and more! I can’t wait to go back!

This house is a great place for a getaway. We gathered for Christmas and it was so nice to be greeted by three Christmas trees in different rooms of the house, along with exterior holiday lights!. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, kayaks and a paddleboard. Nice streets around to go for long walks.

Hydrangea House was our chosen location for Thanksgiving and College Football Rivalry Week. Awesome property with many public and private spaces to share time together. Pet friendly was an absolute for us and layout of the lot and the surrounding fence with cross fences and gates was a complete welcome surprise. We also enjoyed an evening at the fire pit. Gorgeous views of the lake, a nice warm fire on a chilly night while surrounded by family and friends was also an uncommon treat for us. We utilized the well appointed professional kitchen and also used the gas grill during our stay. Everything functioned flawlessly and at the high level you would expect from such premium appliances. The public spaces are all appointed with large flat screen TVs and enough comfortable couches to accommodate all of us. Our host was extremely kind , accommodating, and quick to respond A+ all the way around.

The house was beautiful. The views were just as described. Big enough to find a little corner for privacy. We will come back!! 1-5 rating, this was a 10!!

We booked this place with some friends after evacuating Asheville because of Hurricane Helene. We were amazed that such a lovely place not only allowed dogs, but had a wonderful fenced in yard for them. Generally very comfortable with almost everything we needed. Some (very small) points of feedback for the hosts- the kitchen could use a few more dish towels and needs a cheese grater! Two of the bedrooms would benefit from a bedside table with a reading light. Great location, wonderful standup paddle boards, really easy and clear check in procedure. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family from 3 states gathered for fun on the lake. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. Kayaks and paddle boards are in great shape. Landscaping is very pretty. All in all, a lovely home. The only challenge we had was trying to have dinner together. The house is listed as sleeping 12. We had 7 adults plus a toddler. With 2 “dinner guest” family members (who stayed elsewhere).you can’t put 9 in either the dining room or at the outside table. We improvised and managed fine but just good to know if you’re really going to have a full house.

This spacious lake house was very clean and has 2 wonderful family/living areas. Loved the outdoor spaces and spent most of our time on the dock fishing and kayaking with the available kayaks.

My family and I were looking for the ultimate vacation home on the lake that we could really unwind from our bustling city life and not have to leave. The hydrangea house was exactly what I envisioned a beautiful lake home to be. The description, views and photos portray the home accurately. It’s a great layout and gives everyone their own space. The location was ideal, not too remote from shops and the interstate. We enjoyed every minute at the house even on rainy days we escaped to the game room and had plenty of entertainment. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway home to relax and enjoy the lake this is it!
