Great location. Walkable to OB. Very clean. The fire element the propane tank was empty. Coffee maker not listed on website. No communication on the other property that was there. Very eclectic decor and fascinating history attached to the property

Charming house! Pros- Very clean. Very nicely remodeled. New large washer and dryer. Ample & comfortable seating in living room for everyone. Has nice beach chairs and beach towels available. Also provides nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Great location in Oak Bluffs. Nice neighborhood. We brought our car, but would not be a terrible walk from the ferry if u have rolling suitcases. There’s a small grocery store about 2 blocks away by the marina. Bigger (and much cheaper) grocery store in town that’s farther, but still walkable. Great restaurants also in walking distance. Bus was also easy to get to and from this house. Cons- The kitchen is very nice, but there’s not a dishwasher. I did not like the basement or the stairs in the basement, but that’s where the washer and dryer were. The upstairs bathroom is really tiny. But it was so nice to have a bathtub. Overall it was a great house. And super clean.

This was a charming cottage in a great location -- we could easily walk to a public beach and to the Oak Bluffs commercial area, with all the shopping and restaurants. Winston's takeout was just a block away. We had a car, but could have easily had a very enjoyable time without one in this location. The house is fully renovated, with impressive professional interior design and decorating. The furnishings are comfortable, and the house is very well equipped with most anything you need. My one disappointment was lack of a dishwasher (the listing doesn't claim one, but I didn't think to check and just assumed). Otherwise, the home, yard, location are all impeccable! We would definitely stay here again (and just bring some paper plates ;) ).
