We had a wonderful vacation! House matched the description and met our needs. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces!!

Scott was a fabulous host and extremely attentive and accommodating to our comfort and enjoyment during our weeklong stay at his lovely cabin home, which is perfectly located right in the middle of Oak Bluff and Vineyard Haven/Tisbury. You can walk or bike a mile and a half in either direction to OB or VH. That was great, and made getting around super easy and convenient, particularly if you wanted to split up for a few hours, which my teenage girls did quite often. And that was A-okay with me as the rest of us were able to just enjoy the island at our own pace. All in all, the home is fantastic. Each room is very welcoming and quite comfortable. The whole house is super spacious and very well maintained, and indeed worthy of a return visit, to be sure. The 3 decks practically wrap around the house and we enjoyed them all. We cooked out on the back deck a couple of evenings and dined on the side deck for breakfast most mornings. Some of us relaxed on the front deck, which had plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs and a cool (old school) porch swinging loveseat type of thing. This home will certainly be on our short list the next time we visit.

My family and I had a great stay! The house was comfortable and perfectly set up for our extended family. Perfect location between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven for bike travel. Clean and well appointed. Had linens and towels which were key. Fresh eggs were left for us which was a wonderful touch. Scott was informative in his communication. A memorable family vacation!

This home is just as pictured. It is wonderfully situated and very peaceful. I have been coming to MVY for years and this home by far has been the favorite for my family and I. Scott, the homeowner is absolutely fantastic. He is very responsive and works to make sure you enjoy his home as much as he does. I look forward to another return visit.

This house met of all our expectations. The back yard was huge! …lots of room for our active boys to play whiffle ball and soccer. The weather during our stay was quite hot but the air conditioned home kept us very comfortable. We certainly would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay. Our family of eight ranged in age from 78 to 8 years of age.

I had an amazing vacation. I try to visit the MV every year. This year is not disappoint. The home is as listed. .it was nice to have that open log cabim feel with all the amenities. Scott the owner was very attentive to our needs. He came by just to chat and displayed the Martha Vineyard spirit which we have all come to love. My sister booked for next year. This will be my first choice for years to come. Thank you Scott.

Scott’s house is spacious and well located. We loved the kitchen and the fabulous porches and deck. Hopefully we can come back someday.

Spent a really nice week with friends with whom we travel often. We appreciated the beautiful indoor and outdoor space. We cooked most of our meals together and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring one day and just playing games, doing a puzzle, or reading another day. Great vacation.

We were two families traveling with young kids - there was plenty of space to spread out and for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable, but take note the second bedroom with king bed is actually a loft so every noise from the living room travels in. The location was very convenient to walk to East Chop for the sunset, bike to Oak Bluffs along the shore, and a very short 2 min drive to Eastville Beach. Also close to Vineyard Haven shopping. There are more cleaning supplies available than just laundry detergent. Only thing that could have made it better would have been a “welcome book” of sorts with instructions for WiFi, pizza grill, etc.
