An immaculate home completely renovated. From the moment you walk in you will love this home, where every convenience and comfort you need are thoughtfully provided. Home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest’s stay.

The house is located in a quiet part of the Villas a 15 min walk to the Delaware Bay Beach and a 15 min drive to historic Cape May or the Wildwoods beaches. Close enough to experience all the beaches, yet far enough away to relax and rejuvenate in a private oasis.

The home has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, large closet and is equipped with a 40-inch flat screen television.
Bedroom 2 has one twin bed and one bunk bed. Please note top bunk is only recommended for those 150 pounds and under. There is also a large closet. Both bedrooms have a bureau for your belongings.

The living room has a leather queen sofa sleeper and a 40-inch flat screen television.

The home has high speed internet / wifi. The Smart TVs are equipped with Roku. You can connect / logon to your account to your favorite Streaming Services. There is also a DVD player in the living room along with a library of DVD movies for your enjoyment.

The updated kitchen is equipped with all that is needed, utensils, cups, plates, refrigerator / ice maker, gas range, dishwasher, seating for 4, blender, mixer, coffee pot, Keurig, plate and bowl settings for 6, pots, pans and slow cooker. We also have Lobster pots, shell crackers, butter warmers and plates.

A grill to enjoy cookouts on the private deck in a fenced in private oasis. Steps from the beautiful deck take a dip into the 6-person hot tub open year-round. At night, view the stars from the privacy of your lit up hot tub. Imagine relaxing with family and friends. The backyard is approximately 50' x 100' fully enclosed in privacy fence. A great place for your dog to explore or play multiple yard games that we provide. We also have a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off before and after the beach, hot tub or just to cool off on a hot day.

The beach in Villas is the Delaware bay beach less than a mile from our home (15 min walk, see our panorama pic known as the home of the BEST sunsets). The Villas beaches welcome dogs all year long, note in peak season there are restricted times. This beach is great for walking your dog, relaxing at the beach, fishing, or kayaking.

The best beaches for swimming are in Cape May about 8 miles away (15 minutes). See all the historic Victorian charm that Cape May has to offer. Shop at the Washington Street Mall, eat at the many restaurants, walk or bike through the Victorian streets, stroll the beaches, kayak, and take in all the beauty of this remarkable town.

The beaches at Wildwood are also about 8 miles (15 minutes) away. Beaches are always free in the Wildwoods. Visit the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, Wildwood nightlife, shows, amusement piers, water parks and everything else the Wildwoods have to offer. Stone Harbor & N Wildwood areas are 25mins away, both are beautiful coastal communities with restaurants & shopping.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

KAYAK(1) & INFLATABLE PADDELBOARD (1) & two adult sized bikes for you and yours to use at no extra charge.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your trips to the beach. Delaware Bay beach is free. Wildwood beaches are also free. Cape May beach has metered parking.

This a housekeeping common practice for vacation rentals in many coastal communities from Maine to NJ.
