The place was very clean and I would definitely book again! Only issue I realized with the place was that some of the tile in the shower wasn’t grouted and the backsplash in the kitchen wasn’t grouted which could potentially cause some issues with water damage, but that’s just a nit picky thing of mine. But it was amazing and the owner was very easy to reach if needed. Honestly my boyfriend and I would love to be able to rent the place out as our own when I move out there

Our stay at this property was pleasant. We drove in from San Antonio. The parking garage was a big plus and the property itself was very well kept and clean. There was little to no noise so we were able to sleep very good. The only gripe my wife and I had is that it wasn't as clear to find the entrance to the property. There are a few entrances, in which i had to search a little. We ultimately found the property and was straightforward from there on out. The host was great, accommodating and very responsive. Overall we recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The property had everything we needed and more! We very much enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the air conditioner was so loud we were constantly having to adjust the TV volume. I still review the property a 5 because the AC worked fantastically downstairs it was very cool even cold. The air did not circulate well upstairs but we had a fan and portable AC. Overall a great place and we plan to come again. Communication with Laura was great!

Nicely modernized property, welcoming and inviting, the garage was a nice addition. Has all the basics to cook a meal or two, plenty of kitchen seating. The air conditioning was on point for the hot 4th of July weather. We stayed for 3 days and have no complaints about our stay. Host was responsive via Vrbo app messaging. We arrived at night and had to walk the property/street address to locate the gate/front door/parking. It was more challenging due to the darkness. We frequent the area to visit family, we would stay here again.

The property is well kept. It's modern look and feel make it a comfortable and cozy place to stay while visiting El Paso. Location is easy to get in and out and is off a main street. Its location is central to many places to enjoy a meal or drink. Places like Soggy Peso, La Morena, the Union Draft house, oh and the Donut place that has the best donuts, you must also try the Kolaches. The bed was very comfy and we especially liked the rain style shower head. I also liked having access to the garage, very convenient. The kitchen is well stocked for the cooking type. I would recommend this place for those who are wanting a reasonably priced place to stay. I myself, plan to stay there when going back to visit family. So in a nutshell, I you're looking for place to stay where you feel like home, stay here. You will defiantly enjoy it. Rico

This property is a nicely refurbished and tastefully decorated townhouse in a decent working-class neighborhood built probably around the 1980s or so. (I grew up in El Paso in that part of town and am unfortunately old enough to remember when Lee Trevino Dr was new and on the edge of the desert...lol) Very comfortable and much more reasonably-priced than a hotel. The owners have set it up so that occupants can enter and exit the property in near-total anonymity via its one-car garage with a remote opener, which was greatly appreciated. There is also a very private, locked patio where one can relax, grill, and enjoy some outside air in the shade. Working with property manager Laura was great - she was prompt in answering all messages and questions and was clear and concise in her directions. Will definitely consider staying there again the next time I'm in El Paso.
