Stayed Mar 20, 2025My family and I were overly impressed with this home it far exceeded are expectations. The home was clean and updated with every possible furnishing you would need. Whether you stay in and lounge at the heated pool or want to head to the beach the home is equipped with everything from pool toys to beach chairs and more. The location was perfect nice and quiet neighborhood located within 5 minutes from plenty of dining options as well as multiple grocery stores. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay, enjoying the pool and dock areas while soaking up the sun—especially before heading back to snowy weather up north! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of the canal in a private setting. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our arrival and departure times, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Communication was seamless, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning someday! Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Lovely property consisting of three decent bedrooms and a big open space. Well equipped with all mod cons and a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool. Property is well maintained and clean and the owners were good at communicating throughout. Would highly recommend for any families looking for a base in Cape Coral.
