Great weekend. The front steps were very treacherous . Could have used more paper towels and toilet paper.
Perfect place for a wedding weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed for a family wedding and the accommodations could not have been better. Location was perfect, close to the center and our wedding at CBI , home was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed. Backyard and deck area was a big hit! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chatham.
Our family enjoyed the outside space at this roomy and clean Chatham home that was well stocked for a week away. The proximity to town and the running/biking path are a huge asset! It’s a short drive to Ridgevale and other beaches too!
The backyard is gorgeous! We enjoyed the peaceful deck, beautiful landscaping and private outdoor shower. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Comfortable living room for game playing and relaxing. Central air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. Easy access to laundry. Great location short drive to beaches, downtown, stores and restaurants. Property manager responded quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Chatham!
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. We enjoyed the beaches, Chatham, dining and all Cape Cod had to offer.
We've come to Chatham for years. This property was a little farther away from downtown than we are used to but the walk was very manageable, maybe 10 - 15 minutes. We made the trek with beach gear to oyster pond a few times without issue. It also half a block away from the rail trail which was a really nice perk. As for the property, it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Three adults and three kids stayed on the upper level and we had one teenager stay on the lower level with the bunk beds. The upper level was great and opened up to a wonderful deck and backyard that had shade for the entire day and proved perfect for entertaining. We had other families with kids close by that would come over and hang and the backyard provided a great hosting location. Amazing gardening! The lower level served its purpose but also had a musty smell. This is typical in all Chatham properties we've stayed in so not surprising. The host was very responsive during the visit. She proactively reached out when the area had a power outage to let us know when the power was returning. Great spot. We would return in the future.
