Stayed Apr 4, 2025Nice little duplex town house close to the main strip. Can walk to various shops and eateries with a bagel place right around the corner! Very clean with large TVs in every room and a nice cold AC.Lumber yard wasn’t a problem, though be aware the shared wall of the duplex is rather thin.Amazing hosts with prompt communication.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025We stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and still super close to downtown. We loved the yard with all the spaces to relax, the hot tub and great ambience! All the rooms open to the yard so it was perfect for our small dog too! The house was clean, comfortable with plenty of amenities and supplies. We will definitely return!

Stayed Jan 21, 2025We were here for 2 weeks and, my bad, I didn't see that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit. We had to find a laundry to clean some clothes mid-stay. So better for a shorter stay but otherwise very nice and in walking distance from downtown Palm Springs. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Overall, great place at a good price. Owner warned us about the hardware business nearby. It wasn't a problem except for the early morning noise that started before 6am. It wasn't really a problem though. Hosts were helpful.
