Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is convenient to the beaches and to downtown. Just went through a hurricane and felt safe in this no flood zone home. I seen where a lot of other people were staying at different locations and had to leave their vacation short due to the hurricane.I was able to enjoy my entire stay. I will definitely book this home again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second time staying in this home. The ambience was just as great, if not better, than last time! In a quiet area but still close to PLENTY of great shops, restaurants, and BEACHES! I will be back to this home and would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to enjoy the crystal clear water of the coast in a more reclusive area. Thank you “Don’t be Koi”. For an amazing vacation!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A nice neighborhood and beautiful house and yard. Far enough from the business of the inner city but close enough to take a walk or drive in town. Close to very clean nice beaches.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023A perfect location for your trip to Bradenton. This home has plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. It was clean, safe and very cozy! It had everything we needed for our short stay. We will definitely be back!

Stayed May 18, 2023The house was clean and cool (it was a hot day) when we arrived. It was exactly as portrayed online. More than enough space for a family of 3. The backyard area was very nice! The host was quick to respond when i sent a text with a question. Absolutely no complaints and would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2023The property is 2.5 miles from the Riverwalk not 1.5, WIF: network name and WFIF Password were wrong, there is a concrete box on the property but if should not be called a FIREPIT, there is a KOI pond with @ fish _ they pond has a screen over it and you can hardly see the fish the yard consits of sand with weeds - so you track sand in the home every time you enter or exit (front or rear) minimal useable cooking utensils/fry pans/oven plates wit very low end flatware, cups etc. The toilette paper holder in the bath room is located behind you when you're seated, floors don't match and the wood work was never complete. They have Roku tv - you better know ho wto use it or you're lost. The frig makes noise - like it's trying to fill the ice maker and the washing machine makes SO MUCH noise - you can hear ANYTHING while it's on. Besides this.....what else do you need?

Stayed Dec 31, 2022The property was as listed. Our property manager Braella was responsive to the few issues we had such as the failure of the electronic lock. The house is in an older established neighbor neighborhood short drive to everything and very pet friendly!
