Welcome to 'Sandy Toes' and the Outer Banks. This is where troubles fade away and memories are made!
This classic Outer Banks style cottage is conveniently located at MP 3.7 in Kitty Hawk, a favorite spot of long time Outer Banks visitors. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. There are two full baths, one adjoining the master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to clean off after a great day at the beach.

Stayed Jun 20, 2026This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the beach was super convenient and located in a quiet neighborhood. The screened in porch was especially nice for our one year old who loves to go outside. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed May 19, 2026House was nice and clean too. Nice kitchen in which to cook if you want it. Host was always available for questions! The beach is walkable but you have to be able to walk over a dune. But a better way to get the beach is a less than 5 minute drive to a free parking lot where you can walk onto the beach! Good location near restaurants. We suggest Henerys. Good food snd price and service. This house was also away from noise soIt was quiet at night! You will enjoy your stay!!

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Great beach cottage just a five minute walk to the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the screened in porch that's filled with comfy chairs and pillows. Very clean and lots of nice little extras like dishwashing soap, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and coffee, lots of extra pillows and blankets; all the things that you usually have to schlepp with you - highly recommend!

This is a perfect location, convenient to lots of food and shopping and a very quick walk to the beach. The comminication with the host was easy and we received very quick responses. Stayed Aug 23, 2025Brief stay at this property to extend our vacation for a couple of days. The renovation was clearly done with care and flair. The owner has provided top notch appliances, and quite a few extras that you don't normally see - boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. Not on the beach, but very close. Access was easy. A nice find at the last minute. Wish we'd spent the entire week here.
