Updated Colonial Close To Town - Available All Year ~ Excellent Hot Tub!

Great location and property. Had our family Thanksgiving here.

The house was very clean and the hot tub was awesome!

We stayed here for a girls trip in Saratoga Springs and it was perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The location was convenient to downtown, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

Beautiful Property and extremely helpful host! Stayed here with 4 couples and had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Minutes from Broadway/Downtown and minutes from Racetrack. We had no problem getting back and forth from town whether we were driving or taking ride share. Highly recommend for a fun family vacation.

The property was clean and had the kinds of things needed including towels and kitchen utensils. The location was reasonably close to town but close to a main road with an intermittently busy road to pull out of the driveway onto. Overall, it met the needs of our family well.

Our stay was excellent! The property was fabulous and was large enough to comfortably sleep our family . The backyard was shaded and fenced in. The drive to Saratoga Springs was 1.3 miles. This is not walkable due to a very busy highways. I would highly recommend this rental home

Clean. Lots of room & lots of seating in social areas. Good communication with owner. Quick 5 min drive to downtown. Several convenience stores & grocery close by.

House was great. Weather not so good so spent decent amount of time in the house. The downstairs was new and clean. Plenty of room. I would rent again. Location a little out of way from downtown but with the bad weather we weren’t walking anyway.

Comfortable, great communication with owner, great space for our group of 8 to be together in kitchen, dining area. Plenty of parking- quick drive to all there’s to do in “Toga”!

This property worked great for us for a wedding in the Saratoga Springs area. We had 10 family members and enough beds for everyone. The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located just outside of Saratoga Springs. The host was great and responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this property for a few nights for a girls getaway weekend and found the property so clean and perfect for our stay! The house was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival with clear instructions on how to check in and where everything is in the house. Plenty of beds and bedrooms to accommodate all of us, and everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were! The house is 5 minutes from downtown so driving or calling an Uber was so easy and convenient. I highly recommend and hope to stay again!

This house is perfect for a trip to the track. Well furnished, very clean and the host was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, beds comfortable, great water pressure, plenty of places for you to sit and chill. Also easy access from the highway and to drive into town. Great communication with the owner. I recommend!

The home is well set up for large group and well shaded back yard as well. Very clean and well organized property with add’l frig space in garage. Definitely would book again!
