Stayed Aug 3, 2023This property allowed a great stay for our group! Xavier is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. There were great instructions for everything inside the house. There was enough space for our group of 9 adults. The outdoor area in back is fantastic and the yard is huge. Located very convenient to grocery stores, downtown restaurants, and the horse track. I would highly recommend this location for any group traveling to Saratoga!

Stayed Jul 15, 2022I can’t say enough good things about this place. First and foremost, Xavier was an amazing host! He was very responsive and thorough with the check in process. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the backyard/patio area was a great place to hang out. We had 9 girls at the house and we all fit comfortably with room to spare. The location of the house was in walking distance to downtown which was nice. Definitely will stay here again!

Stayed Jul 30, 2021Overall great experience from start to finish. Xavier was quick to respond and made booking easy. The location was amazing, walking distance to anything you need. Also - the house itself was spotless and there was information on controls, or Wifi etc. in every room. Also, the backyard was HUGE and set up very well to hang with friends. Couldn't recommend this place more.
