Updated Brevard Cottage-Close to Downtown!

This house was so thoughtfully laid out with all of the basics covered and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and good for walking. Close location to the grocery store. Overall, very nice!

Yes, could have had a lighter for the fire pit outside. The rug in the living room was curled up and dangerous. We could have easily tripped had we not been careful. Also the beds were very clean, but not comfortable at all. We were uncomfortable about the back door not having a curtain. The neighbors straight behind us could see in.

Great location, close to downtown and waterfalls and bike trails!

My husband and I have stayed in several homes in Brevard. We both agree this is our favorite. The house is in a great location, close to town and all of our favorite hiking trails. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the house decor. We had an amazing time and will definitely return.

Very, very clean. Inside very updated and had everything you would need. Great instructions for everything. Beds are very comfortable and great shower. Outside deck/eating area and fire pit (for cooler months).

This was the perfect central spot for us while in the area, hiking and chasing waterfalls. This house was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen had spices for cooking, and the washer and dryer were a bonus. It was also cuter than the pictures posted, and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The host was quick to return our messages.

The coffee maker quit working. Other than that, everything was outstanding.

We rented this home to stay in for a few nights as we dropped our daughter off at camp. It was perfect for our family of 4! Clean, comfortable, and perfect location to enjoy all of Brevard.

This place was a wonderful gem. It was so clean and the property managers were super responsive and helpful with all of our needs.

Owners did nice job in redecorating this cottage. The. “mountain” theme carries throughout. Everything we needed was there. Location in and around Brevard was good. My wife is a bit unsteady, so a grab bar in shower would be a help.

This is a small, cozy house that is conveniently located near the heart of Brevard. Makes a perfect home base.

Just what we needed.

This cottage is everything we hoped for- spotless, comfortable, well stocked and well appointed. The owners clearly anticipated their guests needs.

Clean home with room for a few bikes. Lots of room for food with the 2nd fridge. Kitchen was nice. It had what we needed to make simple meals.

This was our second stay at the house. It is comfortable and well-decorated with storage space for bikes, and plenty of outside space as well. It's in a great location, with easy access to Brevard, Pisgah Forest, and DuPont State Forest.

Really enjoyed ourselves. The only negative thing we can say is there wasn’t any vanity space in the bathroom. And a suggestion is to have a keurig coffee maker.

This little cottage had everything we needed. Communication was great! Would stay again!

Love this property and area.

We were welcomed with a nice little personalized bag of coffee in the kitchen. Convenient location in town, though there was noisy construction each morning on the road or at a nearby home being built. Not the host’s fault, though. Nicely updated bungalow. Could use an iron and ironing board and full-length mirror for people who are in town for a special occasion. The bed was uncomfortable for our taste, too soft, but some people like that. Extremely small bathroom, so tricky for a woman doing hair and makeup. But, nicely remodeled. Maybe provide a makeup mirror in the second bedroom at the desk? Most people coming to Brevard probably aren’t concerned about these features. Overall, very well-kept property with easy reservation and check in/out experience. Large yard, probably great for families with children. Loved the porch swing!

A couple of friends and I visited for a long weekend. We had a great time in Brevard and Asheville. The house is a very short drive to town, clean, and very cute.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Clean, cozy and accommodating. Management was very helpful; neighborhood was cute & friendly. Great get away spot, definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for a quick getaway. Check-in and Check-out were simple and straight forward. Everything was clean and quality.

Everything was clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed, even a place to put our precious bikes in the laundry room. Loved this place. Would stay here again.
