️Updated Beach Townhome ~ Steps to the beach & pool with Free Beach Service ️

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.Our host was fantastic and stayed in touch to make sure we had a great experience. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay.The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, and the water was absolutely stunning, clear, blue, and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine.We made some wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to enjoy a beach getaway!

The house was very clean, instructions were perfectly lined out, and the location of the house is perfect. Walking to the beach with 2 little ones was so easy, you are right next to the pool, and having the umbrella and chairs made sitting by the beach easy and relaxing for the family. I would book here again in a heart beat!

Stay was excellent. great location 2min walk to a clean beach. place had all the kitchen supplies we needed just bring the condiments you need. Host responded quick to our concerns and need. i would definitely return here. Thank you Patrick!

Very nice townhome. It isn’t directly on the beach, can’t see if from the home but it’s a short minute walk. It was also nice being right next to the pool. The host was very easy to be in contact with. Only issue we had (besides having a difficult time finding the place in the dark) was the amenities listed that there was shampoo and basic soap. There were 2 tiny bottles of shampoo, which would last 2 days & we found 1 sliver of soap in one bathroom under the sink, there was no hand soap for other bathrooms. We thought basic soap would include some hand soap of some kind at least. We had to buy some the next day, plus shower soap. I know each place is different, we’ve gone from having shampoo & shower dispensers in the bathrooms & to leave the beds unmade. There was a lot of housekeeping stuff to take care of before we left. All in all it was great once we got those few things taken care of.

This is the third time we have stayed at this specific unit and really enjoy our ourselves. The owners have made updates over the years to keep the unit fresh and clean. The beach service is one of the top reasons why we come keep coming back, plus the affordability.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other families! The home was incredibly clean, and the beach and surrounding grounds were excellent. Communication with our host was seamless, and they even handled a minor maintenance issue the very same day. 10 of 10!

This townhome comes with everything a family would need in a beach vacation. The host’a attention to detail with complimentary supplies made our time so easy. We appreciated the convenience of all the beach gear (wagon, toys, towels, pop up table) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (air fryer, Keurig, crock pot). This is a perfect property for a family!

This is a lovely property in such a convenient location! We loved being able to walk to the beach with our two kids and then also access the pool after a day in the sun. Such a great stay!

Patrick -host- was very quick to respond to all questions. Property clean and up to date in decorating. Had all items we needed. Close to beach and pool is right next door. End unit.--- very nice! No complaints. We will definitely keep this property in mind with our next stay to Destin.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. There were beach toys for our 2 grandkids and the location couldn’t have been better. We were right beside the pool and the beach was just steps away. It was perfect for our beach get-away!

We had a fantastic week vacation at Southbay. The townhome was very clean and was decorated beautifully. Quick walk to the beach and beach chairs and umbrella set up everyday by Taylor who was exceptionally accommodating. Our hosts communicated quickly with check in and any questions and requests. Will be booking this unit again next year.

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The location was awesome - right next to the pool and the beach was just a short walk. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Location from crab islandAnd harbor walk was only about 6 minutes which worked for us because we don’t like to be in the middle of the craziness. Patrick and Rita were always available - communication was awesome! We will totally be back.

It was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close to the pool. The chair service was great as well as the extras the owners provided--beach toys, umbrellas, chairs. It was a nice complex , close to food and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.Nice towels, not the usual small white ones.

Amazing time, house was awlsome

We had a wonderful trip celebrating Mother’s Day in Destin. The townhouse had everything that we needed and was close to the beach and swimming pool. The boardwalk across the lake was a great place to have a morning walk. The owners were very communicative , accessible and nice. I would definitely recommend this townhouse.

Perfect spring break trip with our teenagers! Beautiful, updated home right next to the pool and short walk to the beach. Location is close to restaurants, stores & plenty of activities. The communication was quick & easy with the owners. Highly recommend!

This townhouse was very clean, had a well equipped kitchen, is decorated in a calming beach theme and is located in a gated community. We felt very safe. The property grounds are maintained well and the beach was always ready for our arrival with chairs and umbrella. Host provided all check in information ahead of our arrival and everything went seamlessly. Our teens loved the beach and the nearby seafood, Sushi and breakfast restaurants. We also had fun feeding the birds and turtles at the little lake area. We would’ve liked to play tennis, pickleball or fishing but did not have the equipment needed.

The property is stunning. The beach is feet away from the front door. Destin is a beautiful town with a lot of things to keep you busy even in the off-season. Patrick was a wonderful host, very informative and helpful from the day we booked until after we checked out. We will be back!! Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean. It was a great location, right by the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had good communication with the owners and we had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this terrific townhome. Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication was great. Your are few steps from the pool and less than 100 yards from the Gulf. Our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and well supplied and the location next to the pool was convenient. The beach towels for all of us and beach toys for the grandkids were great and they had a wonderful time. The beach is a minute walk away from the condo and was beautiful even after the hurricane. The owner is very responsive and super nice and he kept in contact with me due to the fact we were arriving a day after the hurricane. Very happy with our stay and hope to return soon.

We had 6 adults and 3 yr old and fit perfectly The kitchen was well stocked. Seating for everyone was ample, The community was close to attractions, Destin Commons, outlets, and restaurants. It was only about a block to the beach. It was great to have an umbrella and 2 chairs set up on the beach daily, There was 4 beach chairs in the owner’s closet. We would highly recommend a stay here. As described, this charming 2-story condo was the perfect space for 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved that we were right next door to the pool area, and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with almost everything we needed. We did end up running out of paper towels and trash bags after the 3rd day, but we also had some with us, so problem solved. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, we loved the back porch area, the grill was perfect, walking distance from several places, bluegill in the lake pond, and the access to beach items spared us from extra packing. The only real complaints were that the upstairs bedroom door doesn't close without some effort and the toilet paper was ½ ply 200 grit. Also easily overcome with some planning. Overall, we'd happily return to this home and the wonderful hosts!

The house was everything it was advertised and more. We had everything we needed, for all ages. We ranged in age from 9 months to 70, and no one lacked for comfort. The grounds are beautiful, the home is comfortable, the beach is easily accessible. I would absolutely stay again and bring my family.
