Please be aware that our house was originally designed as a two-unit rental property. The upper unit, where you'll be staying, features 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 full bathrooms with a private patio deck. Below, there is a lower 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each unit has its separate entrance, parking area, and access, ensuring your privacy.

While guests may occasionally see each other outdoors, we've designed the house to provide both parties with ample privacy.

The space is located just up Mansfield View road and is located on a shared driveway. As the space is a part of a 2 unit house, please know that there are two, separate and private entrances.

This space accesses the home via the front of the house and there are 3 free parking spaces available. (the other unit has access from the back of the house). The space is accessed via the main porch and entry door on the main level.

While the property manager doesn't reside on-site, rest assured that they can swiftly arrive within minutes to cater to any requirements our guests may have. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priority.

Our property boasts a shared driveway with just one neighboring house, ensuring a tranquil and private atmosphere. Surrounded by lush woodlands, our location is nestled in a serene and quiet neighborhood, with most parcels being a generous 1 acre or more in size.

We are 5 minutes from the village and Mountain Rd. which has everything from restaurants and bars to mountain biking and hiking trails and a 20 minute drive up to the mountain.

Please note that our property consists of two separate units within one residence, both of which are available for vacation rental guests. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, so we kindly request that all guests observe quiet time hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
