Stayed Jul 19, 2025I think this is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this property, and we’ll continue to come back. The location is perfect for our families, we love being steps away from the pool, and the bedroom layouts are just right for our group.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a great trip. We had issues with the hot water heater but with excellent communication it was taken care of!! The host was easy to contact and replied very quickly. We enjoy having the pool and the pickle ball courts. It is a nice walk to the boardwalk and you can take a trolley ride home. As noted before ,, the back porch is very loud but easy to ignore. The house and the porch were nicely stocked with games, books, and beach items.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023A couple of us brought our recently graduated children to this house for some beach time. Great property, very clean, well stocked. Nice location- easy walk into the main part of Bethany (as long as you’re not carrying beach items). Very close to some great restaurants (walking distance). Lots of beach chairs and toys for kids. Sun porch nice but loud because it backs up to the main road. I would stay here again!
