When my family walked into the property they said “ oh my this home is EPIC!” Nuff said.

This property was perfect! Love the space! The layout of the home, pool, privacy, security, and community were all the things we were looking for! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space (when needed) and plenty of places to gather as a group. Kitchen is well equipped! Great outdoor area to cook and hangout. Louie (our host) was very responsive both before, during and after. Not that we needed anything during the stay, but she did check in with us to make sure all was well. GREAT communication!Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This is such a fantastic place. We stayed a few years ago and were so happy to have been able to stay agin. House is great. Clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything. We spent a lot of time on the bakc patio, grilling out, had the fire place on at nighr, even hung out at the fire pit. Pool and hot tub were 100% perfect. It's SO private - we all felt that we were the only ones around. Loved the smart TVs in all of the bedrooms plus in the Main Living Room. Had kids with us (10/11/13) - they hung out upstairs with their own TV, bean bag chairs, foosball table, outside patio - they LOVED it (so did we!)@Louie, you are an amazing property manager. Thank you for all that you did to help our trip be amazing.

Our group of 9 adults loved this house for a golf/hiking vacation. Everyone had their own space, but there was also ample hang-out space in the living room and on the lovely patio. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the outdoor grill and fireplace were great for evening meals.We also appreciated that the host was very accessible and responsive to any questions. The host had also left detailed notes and labelings to help us get the most out of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We were two families, eight people in total and this place was perfect for us. More than enough room for adults and kids. The backyard was a highlight with a pool, hot tub and grill, very comfortable, invited my family over for a nice barbecue. Lots of amazing hiking nearby. The Boulders property is beautiful and the two restaurants we visited on site were really great. Louie, the host, was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our best VRBO experience after many years. The property was accurately depicted with so many pleasant surprises. Louie was simply terrific. Immediately responsive to any questions or needs. The home was as fully stocked as any full time residence down to small but important things. The pool was a delight. Location was great just minutes to The Boulders resort and free driving range. Our experience was not lacking in any respect.

The house and amenities were great. The backyard, with the pool and hot tub, is very private and quite! The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions!

Our stay was great!! The best thing was the property manager - Louie, and the location! Louie was an amazing host and ensured that my family had everything needed for our stay including procuring a small kennel for our dogs! She is the best host we have had in 15 years of visiting the Boulders. The location of the house was fantastic - very close to then entrance but on a very quiet street. Just great! Another great thing was that the pool and hot tub were heated and worked flawlessly - which has not been our experience at other homes in the area. The house is not without a few challenges - being nearly 30 years old - so it does need updating in the bathrooms and kitchen and even the beds. The house is functional but not luxurious. A few items did not work - the icemaker in the freezer, the lights in the pool, and few other small items such as light bulbs in a few places. All easily remedied and should not dissuade anyone from staying here. It is a great house in a great location with the BEST property manager - Louie!

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor/backyard spaces, fun for all ages and private. This house actually lived up to its billing. Amenities and the location made it much more enjoyable than we anticipated.The host was extremely helpful and available with quick response.

10/10 - 5 Stars. This place is AMAZIING - the house is SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures. We were 3 generations of family and all had lots of space. Kids loved being in the pool and upstairs playing foosball in their own space; we loved it too! We adults were outside by the pool, in the hot tub, in the living room watching the great TV, or just hanging out around the island in the kitchen - we all loved it. Kitchen was well stocked. Alcohol bar was well stocked (Thank you!). Louie, the property manager does a fantastic job at keeping this place looking luxurious welcoming. Thank you.

The backyard is the best part of this place, the pool was great and we were able to watch the wildlife stroll by. But, the master bathtub was unusable due to the amount of buildup on the shower head. Our bathrooms were not clean, and even after having the cleaning crew come by to clean them, they were still dirty with hair and urine on the toilets from previous tenants. The television did not work, and the coffee area was supplied with old creamer. Overall, the quality of this home needs to be improved. The property manager kept in contact with us and did her best to fix what could be at that time, but this home needs restoring of certain amenities. The pool was nice, and it’s a large home, but it wasn’t worth the price.

This house was exactly as advertised. Roomy, private, and an abundance of features and amenities. The location was close enough to the town of Carefree but felt very secluded within the Boulders community. The house itself was immaculate and fairly well maintained. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped with a surplus of appliances, tableware/utensils, and seasonings. Finally, the property manager (Louie) was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any issues or requests. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and will likely be back soon.

This home is incredible - even better than in the photos. You feel totally secluded, yet you’re close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!
