Happy stay at the peaceful town❤️

It was easy to checkin, the property was clean, the wifi was fast. It was lovely to not have to worry about linen or towels etc. Very spacious in the dining area and bedrooms.

Everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable so we all got a great night sleep. Easy walk to beach and cafe. Airconditioning wonderful in the warm weather. Would happily stay here again.

Basic but comfortable, not quite like the pics. Kitchen amenities limited, and no ice tray. It’s the small things that count.

We love our summer holidays in Cape Paterson and this house is perfect for family and dog. Comfortable, easy ride or walk to the beach and perfect for our lazy days in front of a puzzle, book or board game.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property had everything we needed for a cosy getaway and was just a short stroll from the beautiful beaches of Cape Paterson. We were particularly impressed with how clean and tidy the house & garden was. We look forward to staying again soon.

On a wintery Long Weekend, our family had a perfect time in this cosy house, playing board games, watching the footy, going for dog walks at nearby beaches and eating out at the General Store and The Tavern (dog friendly!). No open fireplace but the heaters work really well and quickly. Quiet street, lots of trees around and all safely fenced in. Beds very comfortable with flannelette sheets provided for the chilly nights. All kitchen utensils provided and easy to find. Wine glasses were missing so we went ‘Italian style’ in short drinking glasses instead. A truly lovely time away with a family of teenagers!

Travelled for a beach wedding in Cape Patterson. Check in was simple and easy.Rosemary was attentive and helpful before we checked in.House was perfect for 3 adults and 1 infant and had everything we could have needed.Unfortunately the house had a flying ant issue while we were there which was unforeseen and a shower head that wouldn’t stay up to start with.Just dampened our stay a bit and made it tricky with an active toddler.

Despite the highly variable weather, we had a delightful long weekend in this very comfortable cottage. Our host responded promptly to my messages about how to check into the property, following ambiguous postings by Stayz.The central location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and bushland around Cape Paterson and Inverloch.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Paterson..Our house was so peaceful and only 5 mins walk to everything you need for an amazing holiday experience..The people are also very chilled and friendly and helpful..It was the best holiday weve ever had and our host Rosemary was so easy to communicate with..We will definitely return.

This house was perfect for four of us and we appreciated being able to take our dog. It had everything we needed for a mini break.

This property was perfect for a short getaway with the family. It was quiet and relaxing with plenty of space for the little ones. The one minor frustration was not being able to access the house until 3:30pm and trying to keep two little ones contained

The house was beautifully presented and super clean. Lovely art work, close enough to walk to more trails and the beach. Lots of little touches to make the stay everything you would need.

My son and I spent two nights at the Cape Beach house. The property was very clean and exactly as shown in the listing. Rosemary has fantastic communication and I loved that the property is full fenced so we were able to bring our Border Collie, Gemma, with us to enjoy the space safely. I would highly recommend this property located in a lovely quiet part of Cape Paterson. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This a perfect place for a quiet weekend. It is very private and has everything we need. And the decor is very tasteful. It was unfortunate the local Tavern was closed both evenings due to functions , but we will definitely nook again .

Overall, the house is good and clean. The two AC units are enough to keep the house warm during winter. Unfortunately, the microwave and toaster were not working (though the grill does). The pads on the kitchen chairs need to be cleaned.

Clean. Great location. Well equipped. The best part was having somewhere that allowed us to bring our fourth member of the fam. Our dog Oreo. To enjoy the holiday with us. Would defo stay again.

This is our second stay here. We love the low key nature and quiet surrounds. Our dog also has come both times and loves the short walk to the beach. Looking forward to staying in the future again!
