Stayed Mar 8, 2025My wife and I agreed that this house gets a 5 star rating. It is very well stocked with easy to follow instructions, very clean and very comfortable. It has just about anything a person would need to make their stay enjoyable. It has a great assortment of kitchen accessories, a nice like new refrigerator and other appliances and a washer & dryer. Everything was top notch. And the best part for us was the location being nice and close (about 8 min drive) to our Texas Rangers baseball training camp in Surprise, AZ. We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO, well recommended.

Stayed Feb 23, 2025We had a very nice stay. This house is clean and fresh, bright and cheerful and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet. Good sleeping.The host responded to our questions pleasantly and promptly. A bedside lamp would have been nice but is not a deal breaker. I recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 4, 2025My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Just wish there was another bathroom, with a lot of kids one bathroom is a pain but that’s not their fault. We did enjoy our stay “back home” with family.
