Backyard Oasis with Private Pool & Putting Green!

The outside patio and pool area is where we spent most of our time it was very nice and relaxing

I am trying to be fair with this review, and will present the good, bad and ugly.On the positive side, the backyard was exceptional. It had very nice furniture and landscaping. I do encourage potential renters to read the “About the property” description carefully.1. Fighter jets from Luke Air Force Base fly all day directly overhead on takeoff and they are loud (see jpeg of a typical flight path). In addition, a major freight rail line is a football field or two away and because of multiple nearby crossings, they are blowing their horns day and night. 2. Note the 300/wk charge to heat the pool in the winter. 3. Note that the house thermostat cannot be changed for heat or A/C.4. Note that you may have to fill the propane tank for the BBQ.

I HIGHLY recommend this location. It is a retreat and a paradise. I spent a week in the backyard soaking up sun and enjoying the pool & the hot tub. It is paradise in Surprise!

The house is lovely and we had a great stay! We did not expect the putting green to be so big! We had a great time putting, and so mich fun swimming in the pool. The hot tub was wonderful, and the kitchen is well stocked. This is a fantastic house. Thanks!

Loved the location! Very close to the tennis center where we were playing a tournament.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We loved both the indoor and outdoor kitchen areas. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. This was our second time staying in this home, and we would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to restaurants and shopping was amazing! Everything is a 2-minute drive from the house.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

My Husband and I stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks. We spend 99% of our time outside when we come to Phoenix, so having an outdoor space is really important to us and this certainly met all our needs. We did pay for pool heat, which was worth it, the hot tub is also nice to have on the cooler days/evenings. The outdoor BBQ area is great for hanging out and cooking. Lovely eating area and gas fire table. The location of the property is great, surrounded by all your shopping needs, Target, Walmart, restaurants, car wash, coffee, groceries. You don't need to go far for anything. The owner's communication was fantastic, they always responded right away to any of our questions and check in was an easy process. The house has everything you could ever need, stocked well with all the essentials. Quiet and relaxing which is all we wanted for our vacation. We would certainly book again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Suprise area.

We spent 7days at this beautiful home and enjoyed it all. The pool and hot tub were a special bonus with gorgeous lighting at night. The putting green was an extra amenity that I used to fine tune my stroke! We had a couple questions and one issue we needed to resolve and Jo Ann, our host, was immediately available to assist to our satisfaction. All in All, a 10 out of 10!

This property is awesome! The backyard, pool and spa are incredible. We had the pool and spa heated for our stay and they heated quickly and effectively which made our stay a 10/10! Looking forward to staying here again.

We were two couples traveling to Surprise for a Pickleball Tournament. This location was ideal for that tournament or if you are in town for Spring Training. The home was very well appointed for meeting all our needs. The backyard is spectacular as we took full advantage of the hot tub and pool (in late January and February), the fire pit, outdoor kitchen and putting green. Inside is clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The hosts are fantastic, friendly and easily accessible. This is a property we will definitely keep on the list for a recommendation or return visit. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed for four nights. The house had everything we needed. Spacious living area and master bedroom (and closet). On a pie lot, so lovely large yard behind the house. Lots of nice patio furniture. All beautifully maintained, with very responsive owner. Only 1.6 mi to Surprise Tennis Center, so extra convenient for us. Highly recommended.

This home was so cozy, quiet, and comfortable and in a perfect location for us. We have thanked the hosts more than once for hosting us for five days, as we were between homes - having sold ours and it closed earlier than expected, and we couldn’t move into our new home for several days after. We highly recommend this property!
