Unsurpassed Ocean views from this Modern home

Villa Helena is a fantastic place for a family or group of 12. Situated in the Pedregal gated community, within walking distance of the marina (20 min walk), pickleball courts and the courtside cafe (5 min walk), and Pedregal Beach (7 min walk), it is a great balance between convenient and quiet. The views of the ocean, whales, and sunsets are breathtaking. Our group of 12 including kids had many questions and hosts Sondra and Brian were very responsive to every one of our inquiries and requests. The bedrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the villa is immaculate, thanks to their housekeeper Inez who was there every day we were there. Inez also washed the pool towels and anything in our laundry hampers. Everything you need to prepare meals is in the kitchen, and there are two large refrigerators for food & beverages. Would highly recommend Villa Helena!

We go to Cabo several times a year to fish for marlin. Villa Helena is the only place we stay. Booking the Vila is easy and customer service from the owners is world class. The Villa is amazingly beautiful with 6 bedrooms, housekeeper, generator and unbelievable views of the pacific, sunrise and sunset. I highly recommend Villa Helena.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Helena! The house was absolutely perfect for our group—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The modern architecture and décor created a luxurious yet comfortable vibe, and the views were truly unbelievable—sunsets over the ocean that we’ll never forget. Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable time in Cabo!

I agree with other reviews that the home is even more beautiful than described! The view of the ocean is fantastic! We were able to sit out on the patio and watch wales every morning we were there. The two sets of binoculars in the house came in very handy. The house has absolutely everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve ever had and we rent VRBOs very often!Everything is in tip top shape. The Pedregal neighborhood is very secure but Just make sure to email your list of vendors ahead of time to make them checking in. We will absolutely stay here again and again!!

Sondra and the team make it a great stay for guests. Lots of helpful info. The property is amazing with delightful ocean views and tucked away places to have special moments. Quick walk to private beach front. A couple of helpful things to know:- Find a landmark home to remember ho to navigate Pedregal - Call your own Uber. Taxis organized by the neighborhood security are super inflated - One of the 6 bedrooms is completely detached/ just off the garage

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The only minor critique I have on the property is that of the 6 bedrooms, the casita's location is not ideal on the property and the amenities for that room (view/ambiance, etc) don't match the rest of the accommodations. I think that should have been made more clear in the listing.

Awesome place

We loved our stay at Villa Helena! The view is immaculate and it’s a short walk to the beach. There is 1 room that is away from the rest in the garage, so do be mindful of that when planning your stay.

By looking at the photos we all expected that this would be a beautiful place but it was WAY beyond our exceptions. It was GORGEOUS and so well stocked. The maid was sweet and while she was working she was never in our way. The community was AMAZING. Stone streets, tropical flowers and vegetation. The views and the sunsets were breathtaking. Will will DEFINITELY rent this property again. It is close to the beach, marina, shopping and restaurants too.

This house is even better than the pics. We loved the location and the pool. We walked daily to the city and usually Ubered back because it is a big hill. The only complaint is that it’s advertised as 6 bedrooms but one bedroom is outside the home on street level by the garage. Not ideal with families and kids but we made it work and loved the house. Diana, the housekeeper was a huge added bonus. Great vacation!

My new bride and I arrived a few days early to relax after getting married in the states. our mixed family of 5 each brought a friend and when they arrived at the house their jaws dropped at its beauty. Everything is perfect ! House keeper was amazing touch that added to the special 10 days. The house was a sanctuary to the craziness Cabo offers. The house and the pool and all of the amenities were 10 out of 10. We had groceries delivered per the owners suggestions along with the chartered yacht service and private chef ( all suggestions from the owner) amazing ! Don't hesitate to rent - Just do it and enjoy all they suggest.
