Amazing stay. Very comfortable and cute house.

Very nice location. Spacious house. Comfortable beds, great hot tub. Spacious deck. A few problems, bunk bed room smelled really bad, unusable. Host sent a cleaner who treated carpet with some spray that didn't help. Family members slept on couches. Two of three fireplaces inoperative. Range left rear burner and downdraft fan inoperative. Still had a pleasant weekend. Excellent family time.

With picture perfect views and a homey vibe, this was perfect for a family getaway/reunion! There was plenty of space inside to cook and hang out family style with immediate beach access right there! Great spot to see (and photograph) the twin rocks and sunsets, especially in the hot tub on the deck! There’s no wonder we saw a wedding right on the beach during our stay, it was peaceful and gorgeous, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, Thank you iTrip!

We had more than we needed. Foosball table wasn't working when we were there, but the hot tub and proximity to beach made this well worth the extra

We had a lovely time! The home has an amazing view of the ocean, so rain or shine, we loved the scenery. The house is clean and well stocked with everything we needed, from towels to shampoo to dishes. My parents are losing their mobility, so we appreciated the kitchen, living area, and primary bedroom being accessible on the main floor, in addition to a similar set up on the second floor. Whenever we had a question, the local team was prompt and courteous in their replies. I highly recommend this property!

House is beautiful!!!! Amazing location

This was a perfect house for our family of 6 with everything we could need. It was pouring our whole trip so we spent the time inside enjoying the view or trying the hot tub. Beach access is just a few houses down and would be perfect in nicer weather. We particularly appreciated the toddler friendly elements like the carpeting, safe staircase, and a box full of great toys.

We had a group of 8 people and the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The house is adorably decorated, immaculately cleaned, and has beautiful views. The neighborhood is quiet and the main town is within walking distance. The communication with iTrip was always responsive, we even saw Sheryl several times in person and she was always pleasant and helpful. Our overall experience was positive, but it wasn't without drawbacks. Although it is beachfront, there is no actual beach access from the property. So the location description of steps to the ocean beaches was a little disappointing for us. While we appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the cleaners were behind schedule and went past our check in time. Hours before check in, we were notified that the dryer and dish washer were out of order. A portion of the deck broke and caved in while we were sitting on it. We were looking forward to sitting around the fire table on the deck, but it did not work, even with the assistance of iTrip employees. There was also a propane fire pit in the yard that was not functional. When we inquired about using it, we were told it was new and not finished yet. The thermostat in the dining room is broken and just falls off when touched. We required assistance enough times that we delt with Chris, Victor, Mike, Recca, Ethan, and Sheryl. Sometimes receiving conflicting information. The property has real potential if they fix some issues, but we would probably not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great for 5 year old grandson up to 80-year-old grandparents. Bed/bath arrangement worked very well. kitchen worked well for us. But above all, the view is spectacular.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing 3 day weekend. Full of naps, walks on the beach (only steps away), seafood...and repeat. This home was definitely the answer. The fireplaces kept us cozy, the view was amazing (to say the least), every room was extremely clean and comfortable. And I can't say enough about the customer service we received from the folks at iTrip. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you! It was definitely a restful retreat for us and we hope to return again next year!

This was the perfect place for a family getaway! The house was very clean, comfortable, so cozy. The kitchen is so well stocked, they had everything we could need including a turkey roasting pan! The view from the house is incredible, so weather your enjoying a winter storm or the sunshine you can't lose! We will definitely be back!!

What a beautiful home for our family gathering, we all felt like we were relaxing in a friend’s home. The master bedroom and bathroom downstairs is amazing. All beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet, everything was clean, and the house was very well stocked! Loved spending afternoons on the back deck!

Everything was super clean; kitchen was nicely stocked; awesome views and well situated. Can't walk directly onto the beach because of the beach wall but beach access is just a block away. The front yard and the brick pathway from the gate to the porch need care; maybe it was just the end of the season but walkway was slick.

The view from this home was incredible! The house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable amd the home was clean. Check in amd check out was a breeze.

Had an amazing 2 night stay here. Everything was in excellent shape and super clean. Great layout and spacious. Furniture is updated. No weird smells, everything was fresh smelling. The view is amazing. Beach access is just a few houses down and easy to access in either direction. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. A reunion of friends that have known each other for more than 40 years. Relaxing visit. We took longs walks on the beach. Enjoyed meals at the big table. Hot tub and back deck were great. Some beautiful sunsets. Didn't need much else to enjoy time with each other.

We had a great stay! The house fit our family of five perfectly. We LOVED watching the sunset from the hot tub. The home is well stocked with anything you could think of and more. I would recommend the home and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
