Each year we rent a home in the desert and this is by far our favorite! Pool is extra large and the umbrellas on the tanning shelf with a lounge was a favorite spot. The yard is much larger than the photos and the couryards off of the bedrooms were nice areas if we didn't want to be with the group. We will be back!

Beautifully maintained house with the best backyard ever! Owner was very helpful and quickly answered any house questions that came up. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely come back.

We stayed here as a group of seven over St Patrick's day weekend 2017. The backyard is perfect for lounging in the sun along with BBQ and two fire pits for entertaining. Its an extremely quiet neighborhood just over a mile from downtown. The mid-century theme of the house is very cool, and the owner is a very accommodating to specifics your group may need - we were a group of guys all looking for separate beds so she had it ready with rollaways. Be advised that the neighborhood/city doesn't allow any form of amplified music, so you will have to keep music to a minimum. I am considering staying again sometime with my family.

We loved our stay at Simply Palm Springs! The house was equipped with everything we needed and in a great location. The pool and spa were the highlights of the house for us, we spent as much time as possible there! Nothing beats going outside for a swim first thing in the morning when it's already warm out or hanging out in the hot tub late at night with a nice beverage. And the fire pit in the pool is not to be missed! We only had one small hiccup where the heat on the spa would not turn on for a few hours, but that was eventually resolved. The furnishings inside the house are stunning, absolutely beautiful, so many upgrades and high end finishing's. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I along with another couple stayed here in early February for a quick getaway from the rain in Vancouver, Canada. We landed at Palm Springs airport at 3:30PM headed to the grocery store which is only 4 minutes away from the home and gave Linda a call to confirm our meeting time. She was already at the property putting the final touches for our arrival. We were greeted by Linda at the house. Immediately upon walking in, you feel relaxed by the ambiance of this home and pool and are amazed by the thought that has gone in to the renovations. The home shows better than the pictures look online. The kitchen is fully stocked, even with some necessities left behind such as spices, ice, oil, butter etc. The kitchen is massive and fully renovated to a high standard. The rooms were well appointed and bed were very comfy. All areas of the home were cleaned spotless. The pool and built-in hot tub were the best part of this home. You can spend hours outside enjoy the patio, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and watching Olympics from the outdoor TV. We did find the pool quite cold this time of year without heat, so i would recommend requesting heat if you want to spend time in the pool during the cooler months. The built in hot tub was fantastic and took about 20 minutes to heat up whenever you wanted to use it. Linda can also remotely control the pool and spa if you are having issues, which help us request to turn on the pool heat during out last day of use without here even needing to come to the home. Overall we felt our time here was too short, but we did sure enjoy the home and would love to return to the property for a future visit. Location and neighborhood was great and always felt totally safe.

We found this home on VRBO the pictures looked just like the home. It was located very close to the airport 10 minutes or so! There were some planes that did fly over but it did not bother us. You have a beautiful outside area. Every room (3 bedrooms) walk out to the yard. The house is well laid out and very mid-century decor. The kitchen is modern and we did cook often. You could spend your vacation in the back yard if you needed relaxation or golf. So, many of courses available. There are some good restaurants and downtown Palm Springs is a short drive away.. There is a grocery store nearby . Really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful home and pool. The house had all of the amenities that we were looking for. We loved the retro look...it felt we were living in another Era and vibe! The pool and spas were amazing with plenty of shade in and out of the pool. We will be back for sure! Thank you Linda for a perfect weekend!!! Bill Davis.
