Unmatched Views, 3 blocks from Historic Marietta Square - Limelight Cottage

Quiet, quaint, within comfortable beds. Great location to Marietta town square, dining and Kennesaw National Battlefield Park. Host were very responsive. No problems and the kitchen was well equipped.

This was a perfect quaint place in a quiet part of town. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Cute little back porch to hang out in the evening with hanging lights and all! The owners were great communicators and definitely gave us lots of information before the trip of places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved the cottage, the furnishings, floors, and how the house takes advantage of all the natural light inside. We also liked the open space in the back yard and the table & chairs on the covered back porch. We were glad there's a turnaround space at the end of the driveway out back too. We were already familiar with Marietta Square and the variety of restaurants there from past visits to the area. But we loved being in easy walking distance to it now. We've also been to the Market Square building before. The number of shops and variety of types of food served there is amazing. You just can’t beat that when different people in your group want different kinds of food, or you just don’t want to take the time to go out to eat and get served in a full-service restaurant.Checkin and checkout were a breeze. And the owners were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Atlanta and the surrounding area – e.g. the aquarium, Coke Museum, Truist Park stadium for the Braves, Kennesaw Mountain, etc. They also had a book on the coffee table about hikes and floating trips in the area in and around Atlanta. That was EXACTLY what we were looking to do. Bottom line -- We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

One of the BEST vrbos we have ever booked!! We cannot say enough good things about this adorable cottage! Very clean. Great quality furniture and bedding! High quality linens, great communications. Pretty yard and peaceful neighborhood. Quick walk to Marietta Square. Would 100% book again. Wish all vrbos were this nice!!

We had a very good stay at this home and truly appreciated how attentive and proactive the owners were. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. We arrived very late due to our flight schedule, and it was such a gift to walk into a softly lit home with the cozy fireplace already on. It immediately felt welcoming.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. I have never seen so many useful tools and we didn’t find ourselves missing a single thing. The bedding and towels were very nice and fluffy, and there was even a thoughtful cozy blanket in the living room. The pillows were a bit flat for our preferences, but otherwise everything was very comfortable.We also appreciated having access to the laundry, which made things easy. The back porch with its string lights looked inviting and would have been a lovely place to sit. We were there during a cold spell, so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but we certainly made good use of the fireplace inside.One thing we didn’t realize ahead of time is that the home is located close to several businesses, mostly law offices, including one next door. They were closed over the weekend, so it was very quiet and didn’t bother us at all. We actually loved being able to walk into town so easily, with sidewalks the entire way. For guests who prefer a more traditional residential neighborhood, it may be helpful to know this in advance.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Brian and Ericka’s place is absolutely amazing and was perfect for our girls weekend! It’s a very welcoming atmosphere, quiet, comfortable and convenient to the Square. Their accommodations met all of our needs and beyond. We highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect! The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host provided thoughtful extras you don’t typically find in a VRBO—excellent coffee options and even body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. The host was also very responsive whenever I reached out.I highly recommend this cute cottage with ample parking and a very convenient location! We were here for a family wedding, and booking Limelight Cottage was the best choice we could have made!

House was fantastic, great location to the square and local restaurants and shops. My wife and I came into town to do early Christmas with the kids and grandkids. Brian and Ericka took the time to decorate the house.

Property was perfect for us. Very clean, well decorated, comfortable, abs very close to Marietta Square.

My wife and father-in-law used this property while my mother-in-law was in the ICU in Wellstar. My family loved how well appointed the property was as well as its location. They used the historic cemetery located across the street for taking walks between visits to the hospital. The owners were so welcoming, and the check-in-out process made it seamless. Do recommend this property to accommodate your stay in Marietta!

The cottage had everything you need for a getaway. The host took great consideration with everything they supplied. They took the time to recommend some great places to eat as well as some interesting activities. Will definitely staying here again.

We loved this sweet cottage. The walkability to downtown Marietta was amazing. It was a clean and comfortable stay, about as good as it gets!!

Our group of five ladies enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Our hosts provided many nice touches not found in most VRBO’s.

Limelight cottage is precious and so cozy. The cottage is located across from Marietta National Cemetery (which is beautifully designed) with a view of Kennesaw Mountain from the back porch. Super quiet area, which is surprising for Atlanta! I brought my dog and walked him all around the neighborhood. We had come into town for a family wedding and it was super easy to get to things all around Marietta from the cottage's location. The hosts were great! They thought of everything including leaving us chocolates and a gift card to a local coffee shop. We will be back for sure!
