We stayed in the neighborhood last year and really like it. The home is nice but the stairs and master bedroom carpets have lots of stains, also the television keeps losing connection. Other than that, its a nice home in a great location.

Dog pee smell ..

The house was neat and tidy without a lot clutter. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially clean and well organized. The bedding was very comfortable and nice. The layout was perfect for us. Three separate bedrooms plus a downstairs room with sofa sleeper and powder room which we ended up not needing. In addition to the upstairs bath and the master bath there’s a nice and convenient powder room off the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking — cookware, dishes etc. and a nice barbecue grill outside. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you.

We had a wonderful weekend exploring Lincoln City in this charming spot. The house is exactly as described with one extra half bathroom that we weren't expecting (a great surprise). Loved the private hot tub and beautiful porch with adequate seating. There were a few weird things - we couldn't figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace, the wi-fi wasn't great, and the instructions to watch cable on the TV weren't accurate - but nothing that would prevent us from coming here again. We absolutely loved the neighborhood this property was in and had plenty of space for our group of 5. iTrip was extremely communicative, and the house was well stocked with essentials. We would definitely look to rent this property again the next time we come back to Lincoln City!

Not as advertised and way to expensive for not having the amenities that were advertised, not impressed at all, will not be using VRBO again

The instructions were really clear and helped us make sure we had no trouble getting into the house. The hot tub was clean and hot. House was clean with plenty of towels. The welcome wine was an added treat, the perfect start for our Galentines weekend getaway. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Only thing we’d change is the lack of blankets and bringing our own pillows.

Our stay was great. Love the location and size of the house. Would love to have had some plastic sandwich baggies, or additional foil/plastic wrap in the house. Also, would suggest providing additional blankets for use. Was not able to use the hot tub due to rain, would suggest some sort of covered roof to work for both rain and sun.

Nice house, close to beach and in a quiet neighborhood

My friends and I had a great time. The house is very spacious. The house was clean and was stocked up with what we needed. Will definitely try to book again for future stays.

Must admit we were happily surprised to have found such a lovely property at the last minute. The check in/check out process was so easy. The home is beyond charming, well appointed with comfortable and attractive furnishings, cook’s kitchen, comfy bedrooms. We will definitely stay here again…it deserves 5 stars!

Great house for a family trip to the coast. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stoked and a great space to host Thanksgiving. The amenities in the house were high quality. The kids loved the hot tub and fire pit at night. Quick walk to the park and beach. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed mid-week and had a relaxing and fun time. The hot tub is a selling point, and we took advantage of it at least once a day. The rest of the house was clean and had a lot of space for games and hobbies.

Very nice house with most of what you need and it was a comfortable stay. Clean in all the important places (bedroom and bathrooms). Some maintenance issues that were mentioned in previous reviews seem to persist, such as pilot light appears not to function in basement fireplace, TV remote that is difficult to get to respond, and leaky fridge). Wireless worked well and we could stream on a personal Roku. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. All handles on exterior doors were wonky. Some stains on rugs and couch. Nothing major but enough wear and tear to prevent a five star review. A maintenance update would bring the rating up.

House was very nice. We would stay there again. I will say that it's become apparent that the house let's pets stay there and to that end the carpets and rugs are Looking worn. Recommend replacing
