Stayed May 9, 2025This was nice home in a great location. We very much enjoyed the backyard and patio, as well as the fire pit. It was a great place to hang out and visit. The only issue we had was that the outdoor grill was not clean when we first used it, and the grill utensils need to be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We loved this house and the convenience to everything in Eugene. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc. and the layout was great. A few areas of concern: 1) the TV in the main living room was stuck on 1 channel and could not be changed; 2) the master bedroom bed was not comfortable from the mattress to the duvet; 3) I think the floors and area rugs could use a cleaning; and 4) we would have liked to ride bikes that are pictured in the listing but could not find them and the binder of instructions did not give guidance.
