We had a great weekend at this extra clean house in Petoskey. The location is perfect! We loved being able to walk to the adorable downtown for shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops.

We loved our time in Petoskey, and this place could not have been better situated. We had lovely walks around the town every morning and sat out every evening enjoying the cool shade and looking out into the bay. Colleen was an amazing host that went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. We would all love to return again one day and would easily recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our vacation in Petoskey. We liked the convenience of the house location to downtown. Colleen was response to any question we had. The only problems we had with our stay was the Wi-Fi connection which Colleen resolved (we were given older versus sign on) and the king bed was collapsing on one side. Other than those issues we liked our stay.

Property was clean, well equipped, and well located in the town.

Wonderful location walking distance to downtown Petoskey. Lovely view of Little Traverse Bay from the back porch. Well appointed kitchen and living spaces. Would definitely come back.Colleen is a super responsive host.

The duplex was clean and well-stocked, great for 2 teenagers and their parents. Neighborhood was quiet and the house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Property manager/owner communicated clearly. Great experience!!

This is our second time staying here and not our last. The host is very kind and helpful. We love the convenient location to everything downtown and appreciate the amenities. Love all the games available too. Everything is clean & comfortable. It's very cozy & charming. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Loved the condo, location and Colleen. The mattresses are tired. The Queen bedroom backs up to the UPS or Post Office. Very loud and bright. Thank God they weren't open on Sunday. I was able to sleep Saturday night. Winter may be better because windows are closed, and drapes drawn. Colleen was a wonderful host. Came right away when there was a problem with the sink. Having given my review, I would stay there again.

We return to this rental annually. Its clean comfortable and in a great location to walk downtown.

We looked for a place that was close to downtown ~ and to The Stafford Perry as we were visiting Petoskey for a wedding. The house totally met our expectations and we had a wonderful stay. Unbeknownst to us, our in-laws reserved the 'other half' of the house so it was even better to be so close during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality and restaurant suggestions~

Excellent location within walking distance of lake and downtown shops and restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Very well equipped. Great views of the bay. We will come back and stay again.

We arrived very late after dropping our kid off at college, and the host was very accommodating! Everything was perfect, and the location was great, an easy walk to downtown.

Celebrating Tina's 65th BD, and she wanted to check out Petoskey!! This property was PERFECT for our needs! The entire home was comfy; bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and the porches. We felt at home from the time we got there until the time we had to leave. The property is a few blocks from the awesome downtown area; we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and The Bay! We also had a few nice drives to places close by; Mackinac City, Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and Deadman's Hill!! It was all of our first times to the area, and it was lovely. We are so thankful to Colleen for sharing her beautiful home with us!!!
