Unique Outdoorman's Dream! 25 Minutes to Chattanooga! Full Kitchen! Unique Stay

Nice little condo that suited our needs for a couple of days. My son loved having the whole upstairs to himself and we got to watch some hang-gliders take off from the field just outside.

The area is nice and the rental has a fun vibe! Also, the host was very responsive which is always nice. However, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. Lots of mold on the shower curtain, upstairs tub had hair and other debris in it, AC unit was incredibly dusty, white crusty substance on the extra blanket for the bed, window blinds needed to be wiped down, crumbs on kitchen floor and dirty stovetop. Makes me wonder what else was there that we just couldn’t see.

As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. Other than this minor inconvenience it was an amazing place to stay.

This property suited our needs for our little getaway. It is conveniently located to explore the Chattanooga / Lookout Mountain area. We spent most of our time exploring the area, so this no frills condo right next to the flight park was great. Dan was easily accessible when we needed to communicate, and the kitchen was adequate for making a quick breakfast before heading out. Dan made some recommendations that were spot on. Great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed the property was perfect for our family of 4. Was nice & quiet! If going during warmer months, bring an additional fan it does get hot upstairs even with the window AC running. Only thing I wish with the property was more sitting room downstairs & a tv downstairs. Other than that it filled our needs! Would consider renting again if in the area.

Charming town home in a small town close to Chattanooga . We visited to see Ruby Falls and Rock city and we were only 25 mins away. It was perfect being just on the edge of all the attractions. It was a plus having the backyard as the landing ground of hand gliders! So cool watching them land and take off!
