Welcome to our gorgeous house at 132 E. Capricorn located right on South Padre Island, Tx! Featuring 5 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, a private pool, and you cant beat the location being directly across the street from the beach! (Check out the aerials of how close we are!)

Guests will love our charming exterior with a welcoming facade that exudes modern charm. As you step inside the house, you're greeted by a unique style home separated into two (2) units by an adjoining door. The 1st unit main level features a spacious living area, perfect for hosting gatherings or simply relaxing with family surrounding a flat screen TV. Just off the living/dining area, your fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream to prepare your favorite home cooked meals! Upstairs will entail two bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom features a King bed and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 Full size beds.

Take the adjoining door through the first unit and enter the second units open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an ideal space for both entertaining and everyday living. Another fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry.     Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to beach access and bus stop. The rooms were nice size and meet our needs. Spacious kitchen area. Could use a few more drinking glasses. Enjoyed the pool. Showers were nice size. Large living room area. We were very pleased with our stay.

    Nice large accommodations with 2 living areas a 2 kitchens easily accommodated our entire family. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Maintenance responded quickly to 2 plumbing issues. No shade for the pool, but otherwise no complaints. We’ll probably rent again next year.

    Very clean place with great amenities. Beach access is literally 2 minute walk. Easy check in and great service when needed. All and all, a great stay and will definitely rent here again.
