Stayed Oct 9, 2024This house is perched on an overlook in the middle of the woods with a beautiful view. The house feels lived in (as opposed to staged for renting). The hosts are generous in the staples that are available. We loved having a fire in the fireplace each evening. We used the location to explore fall scenery both north around Stowe and south to Woodstock, and west. It was a perfect location for it. We would definitely return.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We had a fantastic stay at Clairview over Labor Day weekend. Harley was very easy to communicate with and a fantastic host. The house was clean and well equipped. All the beds were very comfortable. Watching the sunrises from the screened porch was a real bonus. We would definitely rent this property again if the opportunity arises.
