The city is yours to explore from your own private 2 bed, 1 bath modern rustic retreat. Picture comfy beds, full bathroom, a kitchen built for entertaining, all under a metal tin roof for those rainy days when you just want to curl up and relax.
The space
The Space
A roomy 2000 square foot exquisitely detailed living space. An ambient space that is modern yet cozy. Peaceful and quiet location yet within miles of fun, food, and friends!

Kitchen Amenities:
The kitchen has a double door refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, and stove. Nestled in the middle is a large island with five barstools creating a great atmosphere of entertaining and fun. A garage door is located above the sink that brings the outdoors inside.

Bathroom:
Bathtub/Shower Combo with full length mirror.

Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms located on the second floor both have ambient lighting with dimmers, (1) Stearns & Foster Queen size bed in the Rustic Horse Room and (1) Serta Queen Mattress in the 2nd Bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with full length mirrors and appropriate closet space for luggage and belongings. Adorned with modern barn doors that slide open and lock for privacy.

Upstairs Living Room:
The upstairs living room has a modern Italian White Leather sofa with blankets for curling up and a large television perfect for late night movies.

Patio:
There are doors that access the outside with seating, however, at this time the future Outdoor Oasis is currently under construction.

Full Garage Bay - *Available by Special Request Only:
By special request and vetting, this space is available. This is perfect for boaters and classic car enthusiasts who want to park their belongings, boat, RV or classic car in a safe and weather free environment.

Both Sitting Areas and bedrooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TV’s with local cable channels and over 100 channels.

*Netflix / Hulu / Amazon Prime can all be accessed on any television via guests credentials only.
