Unique Loft house in North Spokane with Finland Pine Barrel Sauna!

The house was clean, well stocked with many thoughtful items. Some things we thought were missing since it was geared to small children were some safety items: electrical plug in covers, rounded edges on the coffee table, and a baby gate for the stairs to the upstairs room were the main things we thought of. It was overall a nice, comfortable place.

This house was perfect for our stay

This place has been awesome for our family trips to Spokane. The only small issue is trying to sleep in the loft with the daylight coming in the windows. Overall I would highly recommend this place and location.

I stayed there with my four children. Nice area, close to most everything in town.

Very nice property located close to everything we needed in Spokane. Easy check-in and out with great communication from the owner. Lots of useful items for our toddler from games and toys to a high chair and pack-n-play. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time in Spokane. We went for a volleyball tournament and the home exceeded our expectations in every way!The location was perfect with easy and close access to downtown, shops and especially the volleyball event center. The home was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, overall the house is charming and welcoming. We will definitely consider to stay in this adorable home every time we visit the town. It was just perfect!

The house lovely, newly renovated. It was comfortable. Had trouble with the AC, but the owner responded quickly and we were finally able to work thru it.

We booked for our daughter’s college drop off. The house was just as listed and was very clean. It has plenty of room for our needs and we were very comfortable. The ac unit was a little noisy but we were happy to have the cool as as there was a heat wave. We would book this house again in the future.

Very easy place to find with parking for ourselves and our daughter. Clean and well laid out home. Had plenty of blankets and pillows for all. Washer and dryer was great to have at our finger tips.

This property was perfect for my husband and me plus our son, spouse and kids (2 and 4). It was definitely kid-friendly with toys, books, high chair, pak n play. The house was very nice with up-to-date decor, appliances, and furnishings. The host, Viktoria, was accessible and responsive. We loved our stay there and would definitely choose this property again!

This place would be great for a family with kids as it has a kid friendly set up. If you are multiple families, I would not recommend - not because it isn't a nice place, but because in the loft (master bedroom), you hear everything in the house (doors, faucet, TV). This makes it hard to put a little to bed upstairs when others are still awake or for others to be up before whomever is staying upstairs. I loved the fenced in backyard. Also a nice sized dining room and kitchen. Living room has seating for 4 people (couch and oversized chair). Overall, the location is convenient and the place is nice. I also liked the kids toys, movies, etc. It was a nice touch!
