Unique loft experience in downtown Apalachicola

This is such a unique and beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are already talking about coming back soon. The host was very communicative and we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Property owner decided to charge us for improving their property. They had a PVC spigot that was not bracketed/secured to a fixed object, when we abarely pulled on it it broke. If it is freestanding it should be done in galvenized plumbing. They were waiting for some to make this error so the could charge them. We even told them not to come on a sunday and we went without water. Yule is a topnotch property owner, treating a guest like that.

Great stay at Yuletide again! Location is wonderful, unit is clean and well appointed. I have already recommended to two others. We will be back.

Everything was available that you needed during this stay. I spoke to Susan, the owner and the property manager. They both were very responsive and took care of me when I needed their help.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean, easy check in process, and an ideal location in downtown Apalachicola. The private courtyard is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Had a hiccup in the beginning but communication was spot on and property manager took good care of us. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Third time and it’s just as great as ever. You cannot beat the location. The private patio area is just incredible. The decor, comfort, everything is impeccable and the perfect set up. My husband and I have stayed here each time visiting Apalachicola and it’s really just perfect; a home away from home. Less than 15 minutes to St George Island, literal steps from downtown Apalachicola - we walk the entire area every morning and walk everywhere in Aplachicola from this location.Our host is amazing. Never an issue!

Came to Apalachicola to enjoy the weather and friends. The loft is a great place right in the downtown area. Quiet at night and very convenient. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Amazing location in the middle of everything, lots of space for 2 people to stretch out. All our friends in nearby hotels/cottages were very jealous!

This location is a Dream Come True!! The location is ideal; quiet, walking distance to church, fine dining, beautiful ocean views, shopping in a quaint small town of yesteryear. Our host made the stay so nice, the VRBO home / apt is really cute, with everything one could need to cook up a nice meal, and relax! We are country bumpkins and really liked the high board walk in town, and got to see a 6 foot alligator sunning himself on a log, on the water's edge below us! We ate oysters for the first time, the restaurant: Up a Creek, baked them for me, but many eat them raw. The visitor center is very helpful and knowledgeable. We went over to St. George Island to enjoy the ocean and bay views, so private and Beautiful!! Thank you

Quiet, relaxing, we csme to rest and it was perfect. Close to everything. Well stocked kitchen where we cooked some great local seafood. Walked to everything in town.town.

We really liked the loft. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a little hard to find at first, but we made it. We would stay there again.

This loft property will make you WANT a tiny home. Placement and decor...PERFECTION! Exactly what we needed for time away from home...and fishing.
