The house is located at El Quijote, an exclusive gated community of farms enclosed in a private natural reserve in Punta del Este.

Located six miles away from the fabulous beaches of La Barra, accessible via a scenic, paved country road, that connects the towns of San Carlos and La Barra (30 minutes from Punta del Este International Airport and 5 minutes from Fasano Hotel)

The house has 2,500 sqf on a 1.2 acres lot in a unique location with a spectacular view and only 150 yards from the club house.

The house has a living room with a stone fire place, dining room for 12, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one powder room in the reception area.

On the outside, the house has a private infinity swimming pool, an ample gallery with an external dining place and barbecue area that allows you to enjoy the fabulous landscape and a water stream view and, in the evening, the sunset in its full lighting.

The site presents varied landscapes including groves hills, lakes, a small river beach and an island.

Renters have full access to horse rides organized by the club, the club house restaurant and the swimming pool.
