Unique heated pool & spa outdoor kitchen, game room near DFW sleeps 10-12

This was a last minute trip and the host was incredibly quick to respond and be accommodating. The home is well equipped, stocked and welcoming. We took advantage of the heated pool and spa which was the perfect touch to the home.

We really enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. (We were 2 adults and 4 kids.) Nice quiet neighborhood, close to stores when needed. My only complaint is that the 2 pool-side lounge chairs (that appear in a number of the photos) were nowhere to be seen. I was really looking forward to using them to soak up the sun while my kids swam, but had to lay on the hard cement instead. Other than that, though, it was great!

Pool was great. House was great. Close to a lot of places to eat. Communication with host was prompt.

We loved it so much we came back a second time. Would definitely love to come back a third time.

Couldn’t have been happier with this house, the pool and hot tub were amazing. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The host was easy to work with and had the pool and hot tubs heated and ready for us to use when we needed them. Very private backyard with no neighbors overlooking the pool area. Fully fenced in yard which was great for our dog. 10/10 would stay there again.

Great accommodations. Plenty of room and beds. Beautiful pool area! We love to play games and there was great set up inside and outside. The tiki hut out back was nice too! Property owner was great at communicating and property was close to many restaurants and shopping.

The pool was amazing! So clean and the temp was perfect (we paid for pool heat). We walked the neighborhood each morning and people were so friendly! The outdoor space was great!

A great location for a short get away with family. We had a three year old and a one year old with us. The house was family friendly and very clean. Great location as everything you need is close by including Great Wolf Lodge and other attractions. We’d definitely stay again.

We booked this house because we were looking for a house with the best pool. This one didn’t disappoint. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. It has beds everywhere you look. We could have brought the entire family and still had empty beds left.

We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful home for a couple days. The pool is wonderful. Very warm, and very clean. The house is incredibly spacious and easy to get around. The only minor negative thing was with 10 of us, a few of us had brought swimming towels but some did not. There was 1 beach towel in the house to use, so make sure you bring your own.Also, there was a dish sponge to use to do dishes but no dish towel anywhere in house. There was plenty of cutlery and dishes though, so that was great!Thank you, Christina, for a wonderful stay. We would definatley recommend this beautiful home, and stay here again!

Had a boys trip to Texas and this was an awesome place to stay. Pool was nice and clean, house was clean and master bedroom was very nice.

Stayed here to celebrate a family birthday. The pool was amazing and the house set up was spacious and plenty of room. Neighborhood is quiet, lots of birds in the morning. Christina was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. We spent almost all our time in the pool and the large game room. Very cozy home and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as described, and the pool was clean and amazing. There were a couple of issues with the heating, but I messaged the host, and they were immediately corrected. The outdoor gas grill did not seem to be operable, but the inside gas grill/stove served just as well. We plan to revisit this property!

We only stayed overnight for early flights but the house was really nice and the back yard with pool was awesome.

Amazing house for a get together with a mid size group. It was 6 of us and we throughly enjoyed the facilities, from the abundant coffee to the great bbq/patio area. Sadly it was too cold to use the pool, but in summer this would be great.Christina is a great host, super responsive. We had an issue with the smoke alarms during our stay and she sent a handyman within a couple of hours. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great stay and would love to stay again next time we’re in the Dallas area.

We really appreciated the bunk beds and options for sleeping. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. It might be nice to note that with only 2 bathrooms, larger groups have to flex a bit.. and it needs noting that there is a huge power station right behind the fence.. major eye sore. Otherwise, the owners were very attentive and helpful.

We had stayed here for an after Christmas Family gathering with all the grandkids and our children. It was a mix of food, fun, family games and pool/hot tub times. Excellent location to everything. We went to the Gaylord Ice, Six Flags, and a few other small areas around.House was immaculate! The extra space in all the rooms were perfect for us all.We did end up speaking with the homeowners of some things we felt was not prepared for a large family there for a few days. They were very receptive as this is a NEW home on the listings. Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Very helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We spent Christmas here and it was great! House is beautiful and the pool was a big hit with my daughters. Definitely would stay there again.

We all went on a girls trip for a bachelorette trip & it was such a cute & cozy little home!

We stayed 4 nights, our family flew in for a wedding (9-10 people total). House was clean, could smell bleach as we walked in. Host was a great communicator, responding to my emails quickly. My only suggestion I have is if the guest paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated that the guest should have control of when the system gets switched. I felt like it should have been communicated to me that I needed to ask the host to switch to hot tub heating everyday. On the second night the hot tub was not hot, Luke warm at best, the third night was the wedding and we arrived home at 11:50pm and the host turned the jets in for another few hours without us asking. The last night we had the bride and groom over for the hot tub and the jets and heat turned off at 9pm. At that point I didn’t want to bother the host but it was frustrating. The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The house had everything that we needed and definitely plenty of space for everyone. If you have a large group, this is the place to stay. Very convenient location as well.

This is best place to stay in flower mound / lewisville area bar none. Always clean and plenty of space. the back area is great place to start mornind and evening is fun to watch all the planes lined up to land. If you doubt me just look how far its boiked ahead (3 months out) . Definitely will book again

We spent our mini honeymoon at the house, visited the stockyards and spent time around the pool. We enjoyed the amenities offered, we just were not impressed with the couches in the living room or the bonus room/kids room…they were very uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that everything was awesome!

The house was great! Everything was exactly how the listing stated. We enjoyed a day at the pool on Sunday and the only complaint we had was the pool vacuum, it was a little annoying, it would climb up your leg while standing, it would also spurt blast of water randomly all over you. Other than that everything about the house was perfect,.

This is our 2nd year choosing this location because of fantastic pool and very smart lay out of this house allows us to have home away from home. I love the host, always clean and attentive and communicating. Definitely doing this again!
